Aiyaaaa.... so many people criticised the ID and deco. If you truly can afford this huge duplex in Mont Kiara, you certainly have the hefty budget to reno and revamp all the ID too to update the look. Why would you want to keep the old curtains for example? Be realistic, styles are individualistic, what they like you may not like and vice versa.

I have been to Mont Kiara visiting my English friend there. He's on the 17 floor I guess with the view of the twin tower. 3 double bedrooms and his rooms walls mainly white which is better for safe decor. I think my friend bought it over RM 2 million. Lucky for him he is making money from his business over here in the UK.

When you get the money, keep it and buy land instead. Build a small home for easy upkeep and maintenance. Properties ( landed and low/ highrise) comes with tax, insurance etc. Condos comes too with monthly maintenance fees, building management insurance etc and it's build on commercial lands so your utilities are under commercial. Rates differs.. I own a service apartment and realize it incurs more cost than value based on the above. If u build your own house, u can design as you like ..just use condos designs that u like as examples. Also, in the long run, when u have a family, your needs and priorities will be v different and u need the extra money to support it. RM200 maintenance fee could go into your children's insurance etc.. Am just sharing knowledge based on my experience..🥀🥀

Fantastic place but the only thing I didn't like it was the lighting in the kitchen by having branches holding light bulbs, they should had brass branches and glass pendents with the lighting, otherwise the place is magnificent

Your discontinuous fragmented clips give us vague impression of interior structure inside the unit. Please improve it by overview beginning from entrance to living room, then every other section of the area should be viewed starting from the living room.
