As a native German, I can say Leo sounds exactly like he looks. You wouldnt expect him to sound like Kratos. I also dont see any other issues with his voice or the way he pronounces words tbh

I've been very critical about the story we saw so far, but this trailer wiped all out and hyped me beyond my expectations
Shame TMM missed Kuma II getting caught in the explosion. You know what would be cool? Since obviously Reina would lose to Kazuya (for the Jin v Kazuya finale). Have Kuma steps in last second to save Reina the moment she's about to lose to Kazuya. Then do a Heihachi x Kuma flashback, or maybe Reina seeing Kuma II when they were children (Kuma II is only around 10-12). Then either they run away or Kuma gets obliterated tanking a blow intended for Reina.
Pretty sure that Kazuya will get Azazel's power from Zafina, since his elbows are very similar..

@@GiorgosAigio96 Going by standard Japanese tropes this seems highly unlikely. She seems more like a female character who is introduced as strong in the beginning when opposing the protagonist side but becomes mildly relevant after defeat and finally shows up in the final fight together with others in typical good vs evil final fight fashion. Also in no way are they gonna show full power Jin or Kazuya get beaten by a little girl in her teens.
I think she will turn out to be the main "true" antagonist of the story.

I read somewhere that every character in the base roster will be playable during the story mode. So Reina, Bryan, Asuka, Dragunov, etc., will have a major role in the story.

I definitely wouldnt mind that type of story telling if they let you play as villains beating the heroes as well, cause it makes too many characters look like jobbers def doesnt need to be 4 fights per chapter tho.
Love to see lars being the only one who withstood kazuyas slam attack in his new devil form. Maybe it's a setup for kaz and lars finally having a proper fight?
I let out a violent scream of vindication when I saw the shot at 0:39. From the very moment i saw the Coliseum stage and the Emperor's booth, I just knew they had to put Kazuya in there or it had to at least belong to him. It just screamed Kazuya, and they fuckin did it!!!.The only thing missing from that shot with him in the booth is Anna and Bruce standing by his side. They have always been his right and left hands.
Also considering how they are going all out for this story mode cinematically, like NR and Mortal Kombat, I wouldn't actually mind if they take a page out of their book and have future dlc/npc fighters for the story mode.

Tekken 7 ruined a lot of stories, just fucked up they ruined the only one they care about as well.
Idk but it's gonna be weird seeing Kazuya support a frigging family of three after all the evils he's committed. It kinda makes forced character development and imo the character development Kazuya got slowly from Tekken 2 to 8 of becoming a villain is much better than the rushed character development people are asking for in Tekken 8. It would take away his current personality which has been cemented and create a Kazuya unknown to us. Redemption doesn't sound like a good option to me but it's just my opinion.
Its really annoying how much Harada is trying to rewrite the entirety of Tekken just to simp for Heihachi. Spend over 30 years making this dude as cartoonishly evil as possible and then at the finish line tries to "JK Lawl, No guys it was for a good reason tho."
I can't wait until Tekken gets a better director.

From this trailer I can guess , that kazuya somehow gains even more power and turns into his most powerful form . More powerful that the one from Tekken 7 . I’d say he could absorb more power from Azazel or other evil source. But yeah the trailer looks so cool! 😎

Kazuya is a bigger threat in the main story between himself & Jin
It is pretty obvious that Harara despise Kazuya as a character, prove of that is how he was turned into a cartoonish villain with no deep. While Heihachi and Jin received better characters' treatment because they are Harada´s favorite ones.
Heihachi who always was a despicable character, was turned into a hero and martyr in Tekken 7 story mode by Harada.
I'm a bit dissappointed that Reina's is part of the good guys. I thought she would have her own agenda, being neither good nor really bad but just opportunistic.
Well if she has her own agenda, presumably she needs the world to not be destroyed. It wouldn’t make sense for her to not fight against Kazuya for the time being.

Here's how I think that the final battle between Jin and Kazuya will potentially go :
- Jin will come later on in the fight against Devil Kazuya and - obviously - get beaten badly due to the fact that he can't control his devil form nearly as good as Kazuya.
- Kazuya - in typical anime villain fashion - does something in order to anger Jin - probably killing a close friend of Jin - and Jin starts to have flashbacks of Jun and Ogre, letting him to not only control his Devil form but potentially evolve it as well (bonus points if Bandai does it and brings out a reworked design of TTT2 Blood Vengeance Devil Jin as Jin's new Devil form)
- Jin in that new devil form would have enough strength to overpower Devil Kazuya, having him to be able to use Jun's power later on in order to expunge the Devil out of both himself and Kazuya.
- Jin and Kazuya have a final fight with no devil powers and they either stalemate or Kazuya knocks Jin unconscious (since in one of the trailer scenes Jin's head got legit *sandwiched* between Kazuya's fist and a rocky wall surface.
- Then the secret boss fight happens with the now human Kazuya fighting against the manifestation of Devil.
- Then the ending happens where the others get to the scene and see that only Jin is there laying unconscious, not knowing that unbeknownst to them Kazuya had won against the manifestation of the devil and had disappeared shortly after winning (with some difficulty of course).
I disagree with the ending because harada said the ending is a plot twist

Kazuya is now officially the most powerful tekken fighter of all. They are teaming up and assisting jin in every way possible.
My theory is jun healed jin and noe he cannot transform.
Jin will get some new cleansing power to turn kazuya back to a man with honor.
We might get a return toca tekken tag version of kazuya.
Thats the only kazuya i seen showing compassion to jun and jin.
To me it looked like Jun is only in Jin's subconscious, she's not really alive.

I think many complaints help shape the game up, but I've seen folks actually thinking that not showing all characters in a damn trailer means they're not in it. It's like people don't realize a trailer is not a full game or movie. Cry after the game comes out, holy.

I like the new true Devil Kaz look except for the horns location, they shoulda stayed to the sides of his head and you would have got a pretty cool Tekken 2 inspiration with the light face colors.
