So......I live in the Bahamas 🇧🇸 and we don't have fall 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We have high or really hot (Apr to Oct) and then low or somewhat cool (Nov to Apr) 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I was so glad to see my favorites on the list Big Poppa is amazing, absolutely love Mizani, it really moisturizing
and a great styler, and Aunt Jackie’s I use as a back up for ponytails when I don’t want my curls a little longer and not looking like a rabbits tail

The doux has been bae, usually I prefer a foam for my twist outs but the gel gives me hold and no flakes 😩🤌

For the Aunt Jackie’s Flaxseed gel, from ya girl In Miami rn it’s a SOLID NO. Leaves everything sticky and no hold. But definitely try the Aunt Jackie’s Curl Boss gel It’s pretty good with hold (not crazy amazing) and a bit moisturizing as well cause it has glycerin

Big Poppa: I've never seen this in stores you know 🤦🏾♀️ I only saw the mousse and good day, which I have, but never that.
Don't Shrink, Elongating flaxseed gel: (I hate it!). The smell is nice but that's it. I hate Aunt Jackie's products. I used it while in school in Cuba and it was a fail. Plus, it flaked! (Side note: my hair hates flaxseed gel (homemade or otherwise) and it always flakes 🤦🏾♀️)
Curl Daze: is it in stores yet? I wanted to try but I need to physically be able to pick it up, open it, and smell it before I buy it the first time.
Eco: I'm good on that 🤣🤣🤣

Jello Shot is made of all natural ingredients. So it has a shorter shelf life and refrigerating it is best

I use eco- styler gel the olive oil one if you find a good leave in conditioner I think you’re good to go even with the wet line I go back-and-forth with different gel as well love your Channel 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
My hair LOVES eco olive gel. I don’t need a leave in, it keeps my frizz to a minimum and last a whole week

Great video, Rayna! I might have to check out that EcoSlay Jello Shot. I only use EcoStyler Gel on my edges, and have never used it in my hair. I love Curlsmith In Shower Style Fixer for my hair!
I used the leave in from Eco Slay then layered Mielle’s Pomegranate & Honey cool sculpting custard with the Jello Shot! My best wash n go to date!
Clear Eco will always be top tier! I've been pairing it with The Doux Big Poppa and it's bomb! I hated the Aunt Jackie's flaxseed gel and so did my mom. Thanks for your perspective though 💕

Florida must be like Lagos in Nigeria. The Humidity is off the roof here and the only thing that locks down my styles are Gels and Grease.
Keracare defining custard paired with not your mothers curl talk gel is my go to!
My go to is uncle funky magic gel topped with the doux foam mouse and my hair looks bomb but I don’t get more than 4 days. That’s fine though because I workout so much that I need to wash every 3-4 days anyway.

2. Uncle funny’s curly magic
3. Camille rose curl maker
…..this works perfectly but I’m trying to find a routine that is healthy and not so expensive!!

I like to do
1. Leave in -the Shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil strengthening one or blueberry curls leave in or the Cantú repair
2. A smoothie - Shea moisture curl smoothie or Maui moisture smoothie
3. Foaming mousse - African pride rosewater
4. Eco styler gel crystal for extra hold
I have the not so expensive for my multi-textured 4c-z hair; As I Am Classic Leave-in (dime size for each section of 4-6) and Wetline or Eco Super Protein.
That Curl Daze is the TRUTH! It goes out of stock fast…

I feel with Eco if you have an immune disorder or it runs in your family I wouldn't advised using Eco choose a more natural product. Personally I have no issues but I do switch it up.

I still love Eco styler but the way this New York winter is set up my hair feels extra dry. So I usually use ecostyler during the summer and fall. I want to try the doux next.

I'm still so irritated that the Clear Wet Line Xtreme gel is still the best gel I have used for my hair. I do have the green and its okay for the most part, but nothing so far has replaced the OG clear Welting. Has anyone found a dupe thats also in a big jar/tub? I love a good cast since it helps protect my hair inn Florida humidity and heat.
