Looked an awesome 5 days out well except the zero chance of rain, rain. Quite the array of falls bagged and loved the suspension bridge. That was pretty cool. Except for the rain you got some great weather and that sure showed off the views nicely 👍

Liking those boots Leon! Straight in with the bridge dance, great energy! Mist Falls were small but lovely, very full. A bug free camp. The boots serving you well with all those river crossings. Bugs in October? That has to be climate change! A superb bridge twirl on a very cinematic bridge. The falls look amazing in the autumn colours. Stunning lakes and dizzying heights! You found some snow! Bears getting fed by hikers, that can’t be good! Upper Bubbs is a real beauty. Superb five day trek. Lovely deer shot. Great finishing twirl! ❤
we had a very hot summer and when I started the hike on Oct 2 it was over 100 degrees in the valley (not in the mtns where I was hiking), and that is a first for that, and I think that is why there were still bugs. All the waterfalls were quite decent for October so I was happy about that. An incredible experience. thanks so much!
Backpacking trip on the popular Rae Lake loop in Kings Canyon National Park. There are many beautiful panoramas to enjoy its natural beauty. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, California look stunning. This is definitely the best climbing experience.
It was quite an adventure with stunning alpine scenery, crystal-clear lakes, and towering granite peaks. This is challenging for solo hiking but offers an unforgettable experience 🥾 👍👏

Yours is a magical world of such beauty and adventure. The landscapes you explore and those waterfalls that you find are simply magnificent. There are some truly awesome trails to enjoy . That bridge over woods creek looked a lot of fun trying to maintain balance. Those glorious golden splashes of autumn colour in the wonderful sunshine was a delight. Then it rained. Fortunately just a shower. The wild, raw, rugged rock landscapes that you next encountered were just astonishingly beautiful. Out of breath just watching. Your sense of achievement and fulfillment must have been off the scale having completed this stunning loop.

It may have been difficult but it sure was beautiful up there and carrying a camping pack for days on end was no picnic and surprised you had the energy for some bridge dancing! Not only great waterfalls but amazing views as well, cheers Alan
Epic! Mountains, lakes and waterfalls! ⭐⭐⭐ Loved seeing all the beauty at King’s Canyon! We visited a few years ago in the fall, I think they were getting ready to close up the main road. We did a few hikes down in the valley floor area, would Love to get up into the lakes area! 😄Looks like you had the loop trail all to yourself! Great adventure and so many waterfalls! 💙💙💙

What an awesome trip! And so many waterfalls! I find that bugs are the difference between an amazing and terrible experience lol. Also no to that wobbling suspension bridge. I would’ve freaked out. Was the zero chance of rain all night? 😂 We’re slowly making our way north in your state (vacation wise). So much to cover and can’t wait to visit this park.

I have never experienced bugs bothering the face even though I have a net. What do they attracted for? You must have packed a quite goods in your backpack. It looks so heavy...
