Beast Boys ability stems from the ability to tap into the planets/dimensions biosphere. Once he goes to a different biosphere, his DNA has to readjust and adapt to the wildlife there. After it does that, he has the ability to shapeshift into whatever animals the place possesses
Fun bits of trivia, one of the creatures beast boy turned into while in hell was one of the Genomorphs from the first episode of Young Justice, when they broke into that secret lab where they found Super Boy. Also the flirting between Raven and Damian was kind of this continuity's way of giving the old Teen Titan cartoon show shippers both ways, as in you finally get a Robin with Raven while still having a Robin with Star Fire.
I hope that yiu continue with these DCAU movies more often. Last time you saw one was almost a year ago. This universe deaerves all the chances and praise.
I read somewhere that Garfield's powers work by tapping into the 'natural species data' of the universe he's in, so when he entered the hell world, he started tapping into the type of species that inhabit the world
Been a minute since we’ve gotten another movie in this franchise but it was a good reaction. Next movie im pretty sure is supposed to be Justice League Dark. Then you got a Teen Titans movie and then the Suicide Squad movie.
My favorite part of this movie was when Supes was like _"Barry, if you can hear me, sorry"_ and proceeds to snap Flash's leg, resulting in ending his possession. I guess you could say he "snapped him out of it".
I'll never not love how all the other Leaguers stick up for Damien, for like a second, before they remember all those _countermeasures_ Bats has. I can just imagine Supes as he's trailing off, thinking "Shut the hell up! Yes! Finally some more animated superhero reactions. I hope you guys continue this type of content. You should rewatch Crisis on Two Earths, especially for Owlman. It’s an underrated gem. Batman: The Long Halloween was a pretty enjoyable adaptation as well. The Dark Knight Returns is in my Top 5 DC animated movies. I read the comic beforehand & got chills seeing the endings and iconic lines play out in animation. As for Marvel, you guys really need to rewatch X-Men: The Animated Series and check out The Spectacular Spider-Man & Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. They’re all awesome. I also hope you guys do the entire 90s - mid 2000s DCAU. You’re on Batman: TAS, but I hope you continue with Superman: TAS, Batman Beyond, Justice League, & JL Unlimited. You definitely should rewatch Batman: Mask of the Phantasm or check out Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker for the nostalgia alone.

The only thing that really bugs me about this film is Damian Wayne. Yeah I'm one of the people who dislikes Damian at least in this continuity of direct to dvd dc films. He ranges from tolerable to insufferable, and the first half of this film he is the latter. Not to mention disrespectful, acts like he's better than everyone, and the film kind of takes his side on that rather than him really getting humbled. With characters like him you're usually suppose to either hate them or put them through an arc where they becomes more likable. This series of films I think are trying to make Damian likable and I keep giving benefit of the doubt that they will but I have yet to see it (outside of Batman vs Ninja Turtles or Injustice), and in this film I was less rooting for him and more eger to see blue beatle blow his face off 🤷🏾♂. Sidnote: before people try to defend this character by brining up his backstory, just remember it explains why he is the way he is but it doesn't excuse it. Have a blessed one everyone.

1st time watching this. And truly WOW! This got an amazing and intersting plot! I remember watching the 1st 2 animated movies about 5+ years ago and it was an amazing and fun experience. I also remember the Red Sun animated movie just outstanding! This even outlasted the DC Cinematic universe truly a masterclass. These animated movies production team should be making the live action DC movies in the first place.
