Play greedy, take your owns jungler's camps, steal Harold and use it alone, meanwhile let jungler to die. BUT be polite! That's the #1 rule. That's what defines a true gentleman :DDDD

Auto-Q-Auto on teemo is also a useful combo. The Q makes the auto hit way faster & still procs the PTA
