    Did you do try holding the brake and full trottle same time, turn on the bike while still holding for 30 seconds to unlock speed?

      I wasn’t familiar with that trick but I tried it and no change. But after what I did in the video I’m pretty happy with the speed now!

      @@Joecasonyeah i just found out the same, I tried the front and back brake. I just picked this bike up in person and it's legit with just the change you showed here. The price was too good to pass up.
      The street wheels it comes with travel over maintained dirt paths like a cloud.

      @@NodAurum heck yes I’m glad you like it! It really is an awesome bike for the price. I also don’t feel bad about dinging it up because it’s cheap

    What is your controller set at? I messed with mine and now I can’t remember what the original’s settings was.

      If you're talking about controller power, mine is set at 20 but this setting is just show only, there is no change

      @@Joecason and if for some reason, I only got to 19 mph, there’s a place in Brooklyn called Jokers garage. I went there last week. I did a video those guys take off the pedals take off the whole sprocket chain. Everything they put pegs and they put a bigger motor and controller and it’s essentially a roadrunner on steroids.😂 I’m thinking about doing the same thing

    How long did it take for you to get your bike? Just curious I placed my order on a Friday night so I’m sure it’s not going to be shipped out until Monday or Tuesday anyway.

      I did order it around the time the price dropped so it may have just been because of that, as they sold out pretty quick so lots of orders. And I do live in a rural area. But aside from that I have no idea maybe I just got unlucky.

    I just use your code and ordered one. Did you check the speed with GPS? Is that actually 27 mph legit?

    • @Joecason
      @Joecason  Месяц назад

      I got up to 25 in the video but I did get up to 27 using the 16 inch wheel trick. I used my phone speedometer since the bike speedometer isn’t as accurate. To get 27 make sure the tires are 40PSI. But also weight can factor into it I’m only 130. I’m working on a new speed hack right now that could get it up to 30+ if it works I’ll make a new video!

      @@Joecason going super fast is really not important to me. I bought this bike because I love that. It looks like the ROADRUNNER but has petals looks very cool but I did see some videos on RUclips of these guys in New York. That have been modifying these they put Scooter wheels on them with 72 V batteries they look really really cool👍🏽 I just ordered one anyway thanks for the code

      @@JerseyStyle7 Unfortunately the speed setting doesn't work on this bike due to the limiter. I am experimenting ways to remove it though I will let you know if I do!

      @@Joecason OK I was just wondering like I told you speed is not really that important to me. I wrote all day yesterday and I usually ride around 17 to 23 miles an hour the most sometimes I like the hotdog but most of the time it’s in that range think this bike is perfect because if you keep it around 20, I’m sure the battery last forever, I usually like to keep it on pedal assist one and conserve the battery. I like seeing how far I can get on one charge. 👍🏽

    This technique does not give you more speed. All it does it give an inaccurate speedo reading. Measure the whole of the tyre from top to bottom to get the correct size. The only settings in any menu system that increase power are the top speed setting and the maximum current limit from the controller. If that doesn’t work, upgrade the battery to a higher voltage, fit a higher amp controller or buy a new bike.

    • @Joecason
      @Joecason  Месяц назад +1

      I did a third party speedometer test and this method does increase the speed, because it bypasses the pre installed limiter on this bike. This bike doesn’t allow you to increase the max speed or to increase the power. When the bike thinks you have smaller tires, it will think you’re going slower than you actually are, freeing up additional power usually blocked by the limiter. My third party test showed a 5MPH speed boost. This trick works for a lot of bikes that have limiters installed.
