@DeeperBlueX16 The backrounds are part of the reason I love the game so much. The first and second one had such amazing backgrounds. When Donkey Kong Country Returns came out, I was afraid there weren't going to be any good backgrounds, but there definatly are haha. Maybe not AS cool, but they're still really good.
This level hit so much differently once I figured out how to get Squitter. Also found it really weird that the stomp sound is used for when you defeat a Spiny.
I remember playing this game when I was around 7 years old, i was at some children's daycare. They had this game and I started grinding until my parents came to pick me up! Haha, good times!
@AlanMoorefan, same here. Although I struggled with Rambi Rumble a bit, Parrot-Chute Panic was beyond insane. If you didn't master the controls by then, you're not getting beyond it.
Playing on Switch Lite, I had the same issue, but I got it. It’s doable but extremely hard. Try using Diddy first to get the hang of it. Regardless, fuck Snes online, lol.
@@terrysalt maybe. I know for Parrot Chute Panic, people complained of not being able to control accurately. The only hive level that I could pass on his Rambi Rumble. I hated those rotating barrels smh.

This level's music gives the feeling that you are not supposed to be in the hive and now there is no way out.

I love the fact that the one who's helping you to go through the hive is a spider.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm using an emulator but man I really struggle jumping vertically on that honey. Thank God for save states lol

I hated this fucking level . This game brings back memories when I was a kid playing it with my brothers and sister .

There was an error with these levels. If you walked with your partner on top on the honey you could walk normally, individually you got stuck
