how is campbell after they hit him on head in the other video ? i was worried when they arrested laarel that they were trying to kill him to stop them from flipping on other people and testifying in the murder cases . Is he still alive or did they shoot him ? Robinson at the studio in san marcos got shot . Or the kid with him did? also as for LAWS the homeless can not be harrased under REAL LAW they can be in ONE PLACE CAMPING 21 DAYS and ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS THEY CAN BE ASKED TO MOVE ALONG and be REQUIRED UNDER LAW TO MOVE but ONLY 300 FEET OVER not further not less. This is so that sqauters right do not start but otherwise the police can not unreasonably harrass them. IF THEY ARE NOT CAUSE OF DISTURBABNCES OR CRIME . If they mind their own business and stay out of trouble so JUST MEASURE AND MARK THE 300 FEET SPOTS AND EVERY 21 DAYS ALL OF THEM MOVE TO THE NEXT CAMPSITE which is ONCE A MONTH so 12 TIMES A YEAR MOVE 300 FEET OVER THEN THE COPS CANT SAY ANYTHING as long as you dont commit crime and stay back from side walks so go closer off sidewalk so it does not interfere with the businesses that get permits for a stand .

make wattle and daub walls have the umbrella sit on it so you can pick it up to move easy make a twilley hole to carry it . with 4 wattle daud reed walls couple feets three feets say out of the bamboo and then put umbrella over tell him get a permit sell crafts during day and camp at night set up folding table sell crafts or something? get permit for month to do so then they cant harras eh.
