I like your order of operation for cleaning the lily pipes. I'm going to start doing that. Good tips. For acclimating fish, I do something similar, but I put the bag in the tank and then use a syringe to inject the bag with 5 mL of tank water every 15 minutes until the bag equalizes. I then cut the bag open and put the fish and the water directly into the tank. I know some people are adverse to putting fish store water into a new tank for fear of disease. But if there's disease in the bag water, there's disease in the fish.
One of my favourite fish, they are so beautiful 😍 good to see they feel safe enough to show in open water 😊

That's a great technique as well! I'm with you on the fish disease outlook. GreenAqua uses the same approach
