- The Dominator 3 achieved a direct tornado intercept for the first time in a decade, capturing a 55 mb pressure drop and rise in less than a second! The power of the tornado caused the old seals to break in the back of Dominator 3 from winds gusting over 160 mph. Flex Paste by @FlexSeal used to fix the seals and waterproof the Dominator 3 so that we can continue to capture rare data from inside tornadoes.

I threw a roll of FlexSeal tape at a tornado coming towards my home. As the FlexSeal tape unrolled it quickly wrapped around the tornado and stopped the rotation. The cloud was lifting I tossed in FlexPaste that I had removed the lid from. It sealed the bottom of the cloud no rain or hail could pass though that seal. Last I knew that system was on it's 10th trip around the earth with no way to dissipate the energy. Thanks, FlexSeal!

My great grandma fell down the stairs earlier today, and I used flex seal to close a giant 6” gash running straight through her face! Stopped all the bleeding immediately! We also had to use flex tape to keep the cut closed and it actually fused to her skin, so it won’t reopen anytime soon!

I really enjoy the nation wide tornado chasing stuff. After growing up in SW Oklahoma watching storms. I like getting to see the weather events elsewhere. I wish we had all this stuff back in the 70s-90s. The 1979 Red River Valley outbreak I grew up hearing stories about. Then got to live through 1999, 2011, and 2013. Keep up the great work!
You would think, that someone who's chased probably thousands of tornados, they could stop screaming like its their first. I just wanna hear the storm.

I remember meeting you and Dominator in 2013. I was down there with the Red Cross as a disaster assessment supervisor providing disaster relief after the Moore and El Rino tornadoes. We stayed in Norman on the 9 East at the Post Office property not to far from OU. What people don't realize is before Moore got hit there were several E3 and E4 tornadoes that hit areas like Little Axe, Carney, and Shawnee. When Moore got hit that Monday they pulled almost all of the resources from those areas into Moore. What a shame!! Stay safe out there Reed along with your team.

1:21 Every once in a while there will be tornados in my dreams. The one at 1:20 is almost exactly like what I see. Off in the distance on a hill but there are more hills and its very fake looking. Just a reoccuring dream theme. Ive never been in one, except maybe once there was a storm here and it couldve been a large one that didnt touch down fully cause the winds suddenly got up to 100mph for about 30 seconds. Im in Louisiana and was in katrina but have never been scared of storms or anything. Just once in a blue moon I dream about tornados on hillls and this is the first time Ive seen a video that closely matches my dreams.

3:13 the "eye" of the tornado is so amazing to look at. everything just drops to the ground in the eye, but then the second wall of the tornado comes in and there is once again chaos.

Reed is the man, I have a high passion for storms and really would love to join the team, since a kid my passion for hurricanes and tornados hasn't changed. I miss Tim Samaras he was the man every time he came on I watched, same with you reed!! I really want to experience a chase I know at one point it was $3,000 to do so, what is it now?

🚩1st. Remove all old "sealing" products
2nd. CLEAN with a Mold/Mildew killer
3rd. HEAT GUN Cautiously the entire area to ensure it's dry paying attention not to come too close to damage anything!
4th.Apply flex SEAL PAST then after it has dried
5th. Open the Back up so it has proper ventilation, Then HEAT GUN all the FLEX PASTE to ensure you have a Water tight Seal.
6th. Apply FLEX SEAL TAPE
7th. HEAT GUN over the TAPE as well that way you have a secure fitting tape.
8th. Do the same to the OUTSIDE omitting the FLEX SEAL TAP.

Used the aresol flex seal on a lead riser to my comode that developed a crack from foundation movement and was very impressed with the results! Worked like a charm saved alot of money on materials and labor.
