Just spoke to Tim the other day about them, he has not had any issues and loves them! Correct, we stacked two hole saws on a single arbor after using a step drill bit to get the hole slightly larger to accommodate the hole saws we had.
For this application, we took out the middle leaf. Didn't seem to compromise the ride, but if needed we will flip the leaf pack to make it a neutral leaf setup. There are videos on this on RUclips that aren't kei specific that will show how. we felt it was a vehicle specific adjustment.
For Tim's van, yes. We felt the ride height was good as it sat to allow cargo in the back without riding on bumpstops the whole time. Glad you found it helpful!
