    I have a DS-KIS603-S set and a second indoor station connected to the first via WiFi. The second one has an icon that it has connected, but there is no video preview. Where could the cause be?

      It might be firmware issue, kindly look for Hik local support to get latest firmware of all ur model, cause I encounter this before. I upgraded the firmware and it work well.

    Hello there! In this video and others, i dont see any of the videos showing how it is wired up, so my question is, how do you wire up ds-kis603-p with 2nd extension screen of ds-kh6320-wte1? Do i need a poe junction box? I have 2 power adapters from kis603 kit and im planning to connect the indoor station direct to my router using poe cable. I just couldnt find any further info elsewhere...

    In vdp kv6113 after connecting door sensor, where do we get the door staus and where do we configure the same.

      i believe it on ivms-4200 to know the door status due sensor. I believe it on Monitoring (under iVMS-4200)

      this need come with set during configuration. IF looking door bell with HIK Apps, I suggest take this model, kindly contact ur home country for this "KB6403-WIP"

      If u connected to your own network, u can check on ur router or u network adapter at your computer.

    How can i reset the admin password which i forgot. Guide me through it please

      This u required to get “xml file” from SADP(u can download it from Hik vision website directly). However, the file need sent to Hik Vision Support to process on it, kindly looking Hik Vision Support or Service Center in ur country will do. After that they will generate another xml file, so u can change the admin password.
