That's a great video and very informative! Thank you very much for sharing. We find ourselves always teaching these basics to our new team members whom just graduated from the industry chain schools. It seams most of the chain schools today are more concerned about marketing themselves for new students and getting clients in their chairs then really teaching their students the art of being a professional. what about protecting peoples ears from sharp scissors when using scissors close to ears when having hair cut. ear protection covers to protect people ears from sharp scissors. strapless sealed gasket eye goggles help protect eyes also from shampoo and scissors and hair dyes.
