My top Superman Villains short story : 1. Lex Luthor : An Evil Genius businessman and CEO of LexCorp. An interesting fact is that unlike Batman who has only one arch-nemesis, the Joker, and Spider-Man who has three arch-nemeses, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Venom, Superman has five arch-nemeses. Lex Luthor, Darkseid, Brainiac, Bizarro, and General Zod.
I know this is old but I’d argue Batman has quite a few arch enemies besides Joker. Ra’s Al Ghul is certainly up there. Penguin and Riddler with Joker made up the trio of the Batman’s greatest enemies for the Silver Age (with Catwoman formerly).

Nice way to introduce the rogues gallery... not sure if this would work but maybe if you can , maybe you could do a Spawn Rogues Gallery , Flash Rogues Gallery or maybe even Ghost Rider Rogues Gallery? Now what I think would be cool is this indie comic book company called Wicked Comics with his comic book series Clownman for his rogue gallery to be looked at , but he only came out with one issue so all you get is the foe LA Murete and GoldSkull... but maybe a future thing like that because looking at future sketches of what is to be in his ongoing series is something great.

Mongul is definitely a personal favorite of mine. His Pre-Crisis battles with the Man of Steel are awesome. He was an absolute beast.
