7:34 hahaha oh man I wasn't ready for the humor in that reference amid this video. Good info, good presentation and frameworks to help people understand it, thank you for taking the time to make this.
nice 🙏
The hardest thing on this earth for me is to be in the moment. When I am here I want to be there, when I am there I want to be here. I think this is the secret to so much, productivity, friendship, etc.
I liked you message. Just before watching this video I was in a situation where I was about to do something that I craved, eating a bunch of candy. Before that happened I stopped and wrote in my journal about the situation live in the present and I sort of agreed with myself to go home and eat some food and rest instead. I think I just need to eat and rest and I’ll be fine 😊
Nice man, stacking pausing and journaling is a great combo
Would like to see a video about the technique you use in a crisis (and when the noting technique don't work).
Thanks for the video, I needed that. Im so lost right now. Living from one urge to another, with almost zero control. But here is another person saying me to wake the f up🫡
I'm trying
You're welcome man. You got this!
I'm happy I found your video in my recommendations. I like that the video is so simple without distracting elements and your articulation is so perfect. I'll try this noting method. Thank you so much :)
Appreciate the words! Let me know how the noting goes
Great work!
Thanks my man
