this is the single most creative and fun pikmin animation i’ve seen on this entire platform, and that artstyle is so nice. there’s NOTHING else like this for pikmin fans, ur stuff is underrated man
Based on what happened, I thought of a plot for Pikmin 5 or a spin-off. To keep his show on the air, Louie has to go back to PNF-404 and retrieve enemy corpses to prepare dishes for new episodes. But because Louie's show made the president end up with a debt of 30,000 Pokos to fund it, he forces Louie to repay it. And since enemy corpses are worth some Pokos, Louie has to go back and forth between getting the corpses to repay the debt and showing off new dishes to keep his show running. And just as an extra detail, once Louie has wiped out all the creatures in an area for his show, that's when the next area is unlocked.
Oh man, this animation is wonderful. The recreation of the Pikmin 2 clay model look is great, the little details like Beaux acting as Mario and the portrait Louie’s Grandma are great touches, the punchline at the end… poor President, my man is in debt again. Wonderful stuff, great work!
Honestly, they need to just open a restaurant, lie on the menu, and *not* show people the chef or what he's cooking. I feel like Louie would be happier that way, too.
The amount of time this must have taken to make is crazy. You are so skilled, this is honestly one of the most high quality animations I've seen on RUclips, not even kidding. Like alone, this is just so awe inspiring, the stylisation and accuracy to source material is just insane.
I love this! And I love the attention to detail that bulbears slowly regen their health when downed. This is absolutely incredible and I'm in awe of your skills!
These all genuinely look so good. Too bad Pikmin enemies don't exist IRL, so I'll have to use alternatives. Also, I love how Louie's sociopathic smile is based on him dominating Olimar in the Pikmin 2 multi-player versus mode.
i love the clay stop-motion style, reminds me of pikmin 2 (some of the promotional work had clay versions of the pikmin) (i expected to see atleast 1 pikmin dish)
I don't care if it's a PNG slide show on "Powerpoint", or a stop motion beauty like this, whatever, I NEED more of this Louie Cooking Show. LET HIM COOK! I remember reading Louie's recipes and being deeply envious that I would never try them. The Spotty/Red Bulborb Rotissere recipe, MY GOSH.
tbh i like this interpretation of louie, he still thinks with his stomach and still does dumbass things to get some food, but he isn’t a complete psycho and will still protect pikmin.
Haven't seen talk about the models nor the animation itself- the clay-texturing and movement is spot-on while the entire concept is extremely well thought out. Overall, a genuine feast for the eyes (as opposed to a feast of the eyes, I'd hope!)
This is the best, nicely done! This fits Louie perfectly 🥕 (I like how he tries to tackle that bulbeat alone, but then again Louie has tamed bigger beasts before)
I only just now realized Louie has pieces from the Ironwood furniture set from ACNH, as well as having the magnetic knife rack from the same game… 😂 A very good animation!! I would love to see more of Louie’s misadventure’s in the cooking show (or more of his misadventures in general, lol.)
can you please do more of louie cooking? there's honestly SO much content and ideas that can come out of it, we all know the lore, but to actually SEE it being referenced like this is something else entirely. This looks amazing by the way and I really hope we get to see more similar to this, even if it takes quite a while :)
This is freaking Incredible, I love how you used that actor guy from Pikmin 4, absolutely outstanding. I think the stylized animation like this REALLY makes your stuff feel more special and professional, which is crazy because it was already super special and professional looking! It gives it a lot more of an identity! I love it! Can’t wait to see more!
This video gave me an idea of what would happen if the koppais would have their own show!!! Alph would do his show about engineering and space ships, Brittany would do her show where she teaches plants, and Charlie would do a show talking about ducks.
No, Charlie would give the interplanetary weather report, incase any other captains are trying to fly off to another planet, he'd still involve the duck though, somehow
Nintendo, unironically, hire this man! Seriously though, this rocks. I love that pikmin were the camera crew! XD and seeing that clip from one of Beax's movies was a genius move. Now I want to see your takes on all his other mentioned roles 0-0
I was so impressed the entire time watching this. I love the clay-like animation style too, reminding me of Pikmin 2's promotional material and renders. Amazing animation!
Idea: Pikmin spin-off where you play as Louie and collect enemies/ingredients to create recipes off of. Something akin to Genshin’s cooking style, where you collect ingredients to make recipes. Like your goal is to, in a set timeframe, learn and master as many recipes as you can.
I always love how you hand craft your video’s using stop motion claymation (I’m guessing) and how you depict Louie’s personality. I also like how you chose clay figures to emulate the box art of Pikmin 1 and 2 is a really nice touch for all the hardcore Pikmin fans out there so I’m really grateful you put so much effort into your videos.
This is amazing. The animation is so solid, I'd almost be convinced if someone told me this was official. Love this aesthetic, very unique, and I wish to see more from you in the future.
As soon as I saw the bulbear I said "Yeah that Guy's not dead" and wouldn't you know it! Edit: you can even see the bulbear blink at 0:46 ! Love that small detail
The fact the audience applaud the Bulbear for eating the camera and the way its moving during the applause, it seems to know what being applaud is, which only makes the moment where Louie attacks the Bulbear all the more funnier like if hes not letting the giant creature steal his show
Even if he did, he most likely would have taken the precautions to remove the cannon and ammo chamber, considering that was the first thing he mentioned. At the very least, even if he didn't remove the cannon, it would have no ammo, assuming he emptied the ammo chamber.
Louie finally sold that Iridescent Glint Beetle he found, good for him. Incredible work, this is a hilarious look at what insane things Louie would do if he actually had the cooking show he always dreamed of having.
President won't go into debt I am funding this entire TV channel
This video is the only reason I subscribed to him
every poko i make in pikmin 2 goes to this TV channel
So more episodes are going to happen if so make sure the cooking ingredients are killed by the Pikmin first so no more “incidents ”

Louie won't be a troublemaker or slacker if he gets his dream cooking show. It's gotta happen officially at some point! Let him cook!
It depends on the value of the iridescent glint beetle. After all, that's where he mentions his plans.
If Louie has his own cooking show and isn’t a maniac I’m in for the whole cooking show idea
@@Soupshrimpish Well, Olimar testified that Louie had skill at cooking in one of the treasure descriptions.
The excess toothy smile from Louie is honestly killing me, such a big smile he has to hold!

It was dead, it just revived itself

For an unrivaled green curry, peel away the spotty bulbear's skin, pulverize the juicy innards, and stew until curiously fragrant.
You know if Sacho just redid the cooking show as a comedy show I think he could make bank back from this investment.
