Hi, everyone! This is one of Schubert’s most popular pieces. Some of my subscribers requested recently. I felt that it seems to be interesting. I hope that you guys enjoy it. Next week, I plan to prepare my subscribers’ modern classical pieces. I have not decided it yet. How do you guys consider it? Thank you!! Have a great day!

@@Kassiapiano this piece, i dont know why but something about it gives me the chills. its beautiful and all but if you listen to it in darkness while relaxing with high volume, it becomes haunting and terrifying

Schubert left behind about 600 secular vocal works. Liszt liked his piece, so, with his pieces, Liszt left lots of piano arrangements. Are there any pieces you guys like?
I really love how the melody line is more prominent than the accompaniment. Makes it sounds far more graceful, rather than just a messy jumble of notes
Can we just appreciate for a moment how clearly she plays the melody in the middle voice without letting it blend with the accompaniment, and how smoothly the main melody switches from one hand to the other... 💕

Yep, it's called the three hand effect, and it's pretty impressive. Another Liszt piece that does something similar to this is Un Sospiro, though bringing out the melody in that one isn't as difficult as the section you're referencing. Liszt has a lot of pieces that have a melody line alternating between hands, though I'd argue not all of them do or are meant to achieve the illusion of a third hand. Voicing is one of the hardest aspects of piano playing to master. This is a stellar rendition. Bravo Kassia

I love how you play with so much expression and genuine interpretation. Often times when many other pianists use these visualizers, they play technically perfect, but it’s missing so much emotion. That is not the case with you. You always play as if you are at the Kennedy Center sitting at a Steinway grand playing the performance of a lifetime. Keep it up!
There were no radios or non-stop music playing for people during the 1800’s. Liszt was one of the most famous musicians of his time. People often commented and wondered how his music sounded like it required three hands to play. It was literally magical to people back in the day. Listening to all of the note and watching the lights really highlight the complexity of the work, and the wonderful performance of Kassia to give the illusion of three hands.
