I assume this could cut 3/16" or 5mm foam board. This would be great for airplane model builders that use foam board. I am currently building one by manually making all the cuts. Might have to give this a go as I do have a CNC router that I play with sometimes and use Fusion 360 :)
@@pdxcnc Oh, really cool. Managed to download some CamBam software with a drag knife plugin in the mean time. I'll have to try this plug in. Great thanks for the reply, instantly fell in love with the channel.
very cool, I would buy it to cut leather, , Not being too versed in CNC, would you be doing a walk through on the add on for use in Fusion 360?
Thanks for the discount code! Just bought a D2, can't wait to play with it! :)
🤛 Absolutely. Going to make a better video on using them hopefully soon here
Beautiful work! How do you make the spindle turn following the 2D contour? Do you use a plugin?
I completely called the missing flaps. So self satisfying.
Thanks for telling me
I know I’m really late to the party on this one, but would you have any suggestions for work holding on machines that don’t have vacuum hold down?
Keep these up man, really cool.

Yes, absolutely.
I'm a beginner, but I feel how useful those plugins will be. Either the links died or the sites are down. Would you mind helping me out?
I think the links are working again. Must have been a strange downtime.

I really appreciate that, Maciej 🤜
Do you have an idea to make creases in the cardboard? Great videos.
Yep. They sell an attachment for creasing as well. Im not sure about CAM yet but looking into that.
why not just use the drag knife gadget in vcarve? that is what I use with my Pro 408
We don't primarily use VCarve. It's a valid option but just not my preference.
Amazing tool considering the cost of custom boxes are pretty much unjustifiable unless at scale!
It really is. They even have a creasing attachment, now I just need to add all the flaps in to my boxes... lol
ultility blade is nice, but I can see the expansive mind meme right now with olfa snap blades in the end panel..
definitely. it indexes on the notches but i'm sure there could be a workaround.
