    I loved the tutorial!!!
    I'm still learning macrame and your tutorial was just perfect. 🥰
    And a little tip for those who think it's too fast: if you click on the three dots in the top right side of the video you can change the speed to whatever you find most comfortable, faster or slower!
    Thank you for the tutorial ❤️

      That wasn't the prob for me is that it wasn't clearly visible because of the proximtiy of the placement....figured it out but wasn't "easy". I can see where this would be challenging for a newbie.

    Hello, good afternoon. I’m new on this. This will be my first macrame and I don’t know where can I buy the materials. Can you help me with that? Can you tell me where did you get those ropes? And I will appreciate if you tell me other stores/sites where I can buy macrame ropes/yarns etc. Thank you in advance. Have a great day!

    the string that goes through the cinnamon stick looks thinner than 5 mm. did you spit the cord to get this thinner string?

      Yes, I did. You also could use sewing thread as an option

    Around 3:53-3:55, I cannot tell exactly how the knot is formed. Any tips? Or the name of the knot so that I can look it up?

    • @MacramePrincess

      There’s only one knot used (apart of lark’s head) - double half hitch knot 🙂

    Wished I knew the length of the cinnamon sticks and also the size of the cotton cording. Is it 4 or 5mm?

    • @meagantustin8635
      @meagantustin8635 3 года назад

      5mm cord used , it says that in the video, I think the cinnamon stick is approx 10mm long

    Man i like this but a beginner and way too fast and cant see which rope is going where after you put 20 cm larks knot . Keep having to rewind stop. Edit i was able to slow down the video . I think its because the camera is high up and you lose the ropes at the bottom to follow better.. thanks though i figured it out eventually

    • @paigeoneal4741
      @paigeoneal4741 3 года назад +7

      Just some feedback that I agree with this comment that it’s at times hard to see where the rope is and which knots are being made for us beginners. Camera is a little too high/low, not sure. Made it work by pausing and rewinding a lot. Also though, thanks for the thoughtful and beautifully presented tutorial 🙏

      @@paigeoneal4741 aren't you thankful for the free tutorial though? So nice that we can watch something on RUclips these days and learn a new skill, even if it isn't "perfect". I have filmed videos, and not everyone is happy, but they sure still love the free video!

  • @kimsemple8545
    @kimsemple8545 Год назад +1

    thank you...may I say its difficult to follow when your work is so close to the bottom of the screen...I think it would be helpful to see the ends of the cord also. But thank you for going to the trouble to share this.

  • @MarciMinnick-Heard

    I liked this but the video needs to be more centrally located as I couldn't always see what your hands were up to...took 40 minutes but I figured it out and then had wine...just sayin'
