    Great bit of instruction. Is having memorized all the moves in the form a prerequisite to learning the principles and ways your body needs to move? Or do you learn as much structure, mechanics as you can while learning the forms and beyond? Thanks Michael.

      My method is to teach a basic version of the form. Then bring the principles into it.

      @@oikddojo Also, how do I find people to practice with? Do I have to travel to a state or city that has a teacher of practical method in order to find a class? Or are there networks of individuals who practice in every state?
