    Good stuff -
    Daily learning, I like this format, not too heavy, light & airy , but not too airy lol -
    I find I am retaining more, I think because it’s just the right amount of time & info !
    Plus my vocabulary is
    increasing !! - “ Pelvic Trim “

    Great exercises !!! As a sports fan , my posture is causing me to error , either in Tennis or Skateboarding . I Think is the coordination of the upper body with legs and feats by use of the Kua .
