I've been dancing for 14 years, and I am embarrassed to say that I had no idea about the theory behind angashuddha or araimandi, but I'm glad that I found your video. Honestly.

My course is Mohiniyattam but i love Bharathanaatyam.. and i love your videos too ,and every day me & my sister practice your flexibility yogas and Mai Adavu ,now we are so happy akka because ... We just practicing your flexibility yogas and Mai Adavu for 2 week. Now our body little bit flexible...The exercise also help in my Mohiniyattam.. Very nice.... I am getting some glimpses into the terms of Bharathanatya which were hitherto completely unknown to us. Doing Adavus properly by using Angas and Upangas in perfect co-ordination.... Well ... Well.... waiting for next week's video.
