Can I service connect a condition if I suffered an illness or injury while on Title 32 502 F Orders ?..... I was diagnosed, sleep studied, and received a CPAP Machine while on Title 32 502 F Orders. However, the VA denied my Obstructive Sleep Apnea for not being Service Connected......Can you please answer this for me ?
I was denied for MH last year...submitted a supplemental claim had a C&P scheduled it was canceled by the VA and moved forward for decision...is this normal without a C&P or DBQ?
