That's not a map though this is a mission making guide.
"Making a map" is completely different - its like making a terrain map mod

In the actual video how did you add the morning prayer or like a sound to a trigger when a players walks through it?

using a mod called "zeus immersion sounds", which was activated by a trigger when players enter the surrounding area

in your game settings, you can turn off hud elements. i personally prefer a limited hud, so things like the crosshair, stamina bar, ammo, etc... are gone
