I purchase this trailer and ford aeromax from him , i can’t be happier. I still working on the trailer, assembling a “ fuel” beer tank to go around during partys with my buddys . Very easy assembling, worth all the money. If you can add extra lights all over it will spark the room for sure. I love it . Bob, always thank you.
I glad you purchase this . I buy one too , eventually . I purchase already the " beer " decals , of RC NASCAR sponsors . Very like the idea of lights . I hope to see yours !
It's always been one of my favorite trailers. I think the length is perfect, too. The container and flatbed always seemed too short. I think if Tamiya did a scale 53 foot van or a 48 foot flatbed they could be their most popular trailers.
I agree with BOTH of you! Tamiya at LEAST needs to update their 30 year old Trailers. A more prototypical length would be so popular. ... Scale Reefer Units wouldn't be too expensive for them to produce either. Just 2 or 3 different versions. I'm still surprised that the Aftermarket doesn't produce more than ONE. DOT Bumpers with ROUND Taillights would also be a very welcome addition!
Fantasic looking trailer, well built Bob. What i find surprising with Tamiya is the really loud cheap sound of the motors in all the retracts and actuators. Really spoils the scale effect. Also Bob, with your know how is there a way to work the retracts by the radio and how would you do this?
WOW that's NICE!!! I've wanted one for a while. How heavy is it? I know what you mean by Tamiya quality. I'm about to find out, because my 1850l coming up is Hercules Hobby.... It was only $299.... I hope I don't find out why it's so much less.
First of all your videos are awesome, I have a few tamiya trucks and I was thinking of getting big rig. what is the difference between the king hauler and the grand hauler
I have been driving a 1:1 scale of a chemical tanker for over 20 years and was wondering does this company have a scale model of a 407 Brenner chemical tanker???
Hello friend, I'm Luciano from Brazil, I've already written to your channel, I would like some information I have an MFC 03 and I used a lipo battery and the MFC stopped working. Do you know what burned on the plate and fix it
I've been wanting one of these for a while. Also been thinking of how I could tig weld parts or possibly install a bladder to make it able to actually hold liquid with real piping on the back. Very nice looking trailers
bro you always say let's build together in your videos But some scenes are cut off in the video We didn't even see you how to install some pieces we needs to see you build step by step without cuts please
I got a Question I at9s pro I hock it to mfc01 and been trying to sit it up when I Turn it on And turn on the controller then The antenna comes on the Controller but when go to try to map the controller Loses the Antenna and it won't do nothing what do you do to Figure it out

I'm going to build the Grand Hauler & van trailer this fall with all the bells & whistles. Can't wait! Looks like a fun build.
I really enjoy it!
What a sweet-looking trailer. Nice job
Wow. What a beautiful trailer. To bad they dont have licensed decals like before.
Bob I built this trailer and it was a great build I put the light kit in also soldiered some LED Clearance lights and at night this thing POPS
Yeah, I love the looks of the Tank Trailer.
same design for 30 years never changed. nice video Bob.
The tanker is an excellent kit, well worth the cost.
Bob, excellent job! I look forward to doing one myself.
Very nice. Im going to print out some Shell decals for my future build. If I can find them.
Thank you so much for building it, really good job and fun to watch 👍
Nice Video Bob
I recently build this tank trailer and it was real fun to do. All pieces fits perfect togheter and are very good quality.
From every trailer i build, this was the most fun build...A very nice one.😉
Love watching your assembling videos
I love the new intro to your videos.
Love to be able to come over for a month and build a model truck with you
Great job Bob as always.
another fine video
Great job 👍 this is my next project 🚛
Hello ! Great video ! Nice job for the assembly of this tank, it is magnificent ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It's always been one of my favorite trailers. I think the length is perfect, too. The container and flatbed always seemed too short. I think if Tamiya did a scale 53 foot van or a 48 foot flatbed they could be their most popular trailers.
I agree but if Tamiya did a lowboy flatbed they would sell TONS!

That is a cracking looking trailer. 👍
Couple of very usable tips here. Thanks.
Absolutely incredible! Can’t wait to purchase this and the truck! Great job!
Very nice👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, May I asked any link for those after market rims ? 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Cool keep up the work u thought me how to build alot of trailers
I wonder if you could seal it so it could hold water

The override wiring works well. A servo hooked to the switch would do it.
Very nice kit and assembly video. Do they make a combination set that gives you both the tractor and trailer
Hi Bob, is not finished. Did you apply side stickers?
Can you do a video on how to solder wires and what is the best torch to use.
An excellent idea. I will do one on how I solder wiring.
Thank you I need to learn how to before I buy and trucks
WOW that's NICE!!! I've wanted one for a while. How heavy is it?

First of all your videos are awesome, I have a few tamiya trucks and I was thinking of getting big rig. what is the difference between the king hauler and the grand hauler
Main difference is that the Grand Hauler is longer by 3 1/2" and has the nice closed rear fenders.
@@HobbyconceptsLLC thanks for information
Plan on doing a Knight Hauler build any time? Been looking into them.
Yes want to do a Knight Hauler and really want to do an Aeromax day cab. Just waiting for Tamiya to get more product in stock.
Looking FORWARD to that!!!! 😁
You make it look so easy, nicely built, would it be possible to do the lightning wireless like you did on an other video ?
Yes, you can do wireless lighting. Plenty of room underneath for batteries etc.
@@HobbyconceptsLLC Thanks for the reply, I will definitely get that one :-)
I have been driving a 1:1 scale of a chemical tanker for over 20 years and was wondering does this company have a scale model of a 407

This is the Tamiya Tanker trailer. hobbyconcepts.net/products/rc-tanker-trailer?_pos=1&_sid=2ff6d2236&_ss=r
Beautiful! 00
Hello friend, I'm Luciano from Brazil, I've already written to your channel, I would like some information I have an MFC 03 and I used a lipo battery and the MFC stopped working. Do you know what burned on the plate and fix it
If you used a 3 cell you toasted it.
ITs cool to bulid
I've been wanting one of these for a while. Also been thinking of how I could tig weld parts or possibly install a bladder to make it able to actually hold liquid with real piping on the back. Very nice looking trailers
I was really thinking about that too brother
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a bladder........
@@HobbyconceptsLLC that would definitely be nice to have
It has been done
there is somebody here in the uk that did a working water tanker that sprays the water.sorry i cant remember his name
bro you always say let's build together in your videos But some scenes are cut off in the video We didn't even see you how to install some pieces we needs to see you build step by step without cuts please
belloo👍
Does the grand hauler come with the sound kit and remote ?
All Tamiya trucks come without electronics.
Can you put water in the tank ?
Not as is.
There's a reason these are so costly.
I have the First version of It with the Shell livery
I have it also
Question, is the tanker tank itself aluminium?
Actually stainless steel.
I got a Question I at9s pro I hock it to mfc01 and been trying to sit it up when I Turn it on And turn on the controller then The antenna comes on the Controller but when go to try to map the controller Loses the Antenna and it won't do nothing what do you do to Figure it out
Sounds like you have a binding issue with your receiver.
😉👍
I put the top of the tank togather first much easier
🔥💕👌👍
