Hack- I WEAR my workout clothes to bed. And created a reward of 20min enjoying a hot cup of coffee and moment to myself before the family routine starts. I never regret the 5:20am wake up call - even tho it’s never ‘enjoyable’ to jump outta bed.
Before that alarm goes off, I need a reason. The more compelling reason to my own survival, the easier it is to get up. If I'm going to miss an opportunity to make money and it will result in missing a bill payment, I not only really want to wake up, but I must wake up. And I know and feel that on a very deep level. For awhile, I lost that "why". But it always comes back when I'm struggling with money and I'm grinding to make moves early because there just aren't enough hours in the day to make forward progress when you have pets and children.
Bruh rly. Just because she does have all these things doesn’t mean u can’t have the same products just cheaper. I hate when ppl are like “oh to be rich” like what? That’s an insult. She works hard for her money and if you want to get good money too then work hard!

Ye, it's not fun waking up in the morning when it's cold 😭😭 but for me, having somewhere else to go in the morning (e.g. gym) is a hack since I work from home.
I used to use Alarmy and there are these challenges that force you to get out of bed to walk to a location to scan a barcode.That is just one challenge.If you really want to be cruel to yourself,scan a barcode outside so you walk outside,hopefully getbsome light in your eyes if the sun is up.Between that and walking,your butt will wake up.
My tip is 5 to 10mg melatonin gummies to knock my ass out at a rational hour so that I can wake up early and rested. Going to bed at night is the hard part. As a night owl, it’s going to bed EARLY that’s the hard part cuz I LOVE being UP at night.
