All the piping is 25mm uPVC piping and fittings. We purposely have longer runs on the feed side of the pump as it isn't always practical to have the pump right by the tank.
These videos are great! Thank you! A quick question - what is the difference between a VSD pump and a mutlistage pump? And which is better for a household setting?
It refers to two different areas of design, a VSD is a controller that can run the pump at different speeds. While multistage refers to the actual design of the pump itself, in this case, it is a 5-stage multistage pump with a VSD controller so it has both. Typically a multistage design gives you higher pressure at lower speed and thus lower noise.
Hi. Can you shine these to New Zealand? I am quite keen on the Di ion mobile trolley as well with 4 filters you sell to clean solar panels cars windows etc
Hi, after a dry run open the priming screw until water comes out then close it. Since it is a multistage pump you othen don't get all the air in the first go. So then turn on the pump and run a few liters through, then open the priming screw a bit again when the pump has stopped. If you are getting air and water out keep it open a bit till it is just water. Then repeat. We have had that you need to do this two or 3 times on this and the other multi stage pumps.
It is quite quick and has a 1L tank so haven't found that it is needed for supply reasons. I do however use one at my house with a 150L buffer tank to make the pump cycle a lot less.
These videos are great! Much apreciated!
Thanks, I'm glad they helped!
Amazing video. May i know what are the sizes of your pipes? I believe that there are several sizes in your demo setup.

Hi. How do the CRI i-prez range of VSD pumps compare to these and what are your thoughts on them? And do you guys sell them?
Hi, We have not tested them so can't really comment

Hi, Unfortunately, at this stage we don't export but if you have someone here in South Africa that can organize the shipping for you then we can help.
Bought one of these from your shop. Struggling to prime it after it happened to run dry. Any tricks?

Would it help to install a 24L pressure tank after the pump. Just to even out pressure and supply water some pressured water at startup.

Can you get these pumps in the US? Can’t seem to find them
Hi, We are on 220v in South Africa so these pumps won't be available in the US.
