Your appreciation of the 70’s film toy’s n the arts is infectious Looking forward to the next dose of nostalgia So please keep these quirky videos coming 🎭👌👌👌
Big Jim was straight 70's... You knew you had a Man's Man when you saw his manly man mane. I still have a soft spot for all of that decorative appurtenances that Big Jim and the whole gang had at the time.
While I didn't grow up in the 70s i did grow up with twisted toyfare theatre & robot chicken and so was familiar with the style. Since Mego was revived I've been getting into them & got at least 3 vintage dolls, ;) action figures if you will, to compare It's a neat toy for the time, it drives me up the wall that they have no bicep/thigh swivels! That and neck articulation would make them perfect It's an interesting old style play pattern that presents a vague scenario to springboard off of. Very different to today's constant barrage of licensed material
Hi and thankyou for your beautifully worded comment. I would love to get more of the new Megos but they're hard to find and the selection is pittyful over here. Yes the articulation could have been amazing. Your right, they couldn't release a toy like that today without a license attached. Pitty. Thanks so much again 🤓
@@gavretro70skid78 Hmm you're better off ordering one online because it's super hard to find em in styles in california right now. Did you check out the rereleased of ACTION Jackson? Speaking of articulation Mego Corp is releasing a new body with around 24 points so it should be interesting to see this new update.

Hey I love your comment you're so right. It's a shame kids today don't have this stuff.
Thankyou.
Il telefono rosso ...
ma quanto tempo è passato !!!
Buon anno 👍
GI Joe coined the term action figure in 1964. It was Don Levine’s decision, to separate dolls from girls and give them a masculine name.
