Damien Luu What you can do if the actor turns away, is split the eye layer at that point (ctrl/shift/D), the either delete the excess, or animate the scale and both eye layers in 3D to rotate with the actor's face until the eyes are no longer visible. Personally, I would cut to another shot rather than do the animation:)

Okay so the reason I'm asking you to do that tutorial is because I and some colleagues of mine are Making our version of the flash but keeping the same abilities. I'll admit I grabbed that straight from the reverse flash them from the soundtrack, I might have to try and make an original myself!
Besides, your video's aree cool keep making them , and can you make a video about reverse flash "killing hand " when its vibrating and phasing through someone ?

If anyone doesn't want to use the download for the opticle flares, try using the zoom tutorial and just tinting the eyes red in stead of blue

Because in after effects i didn´t found the box blur and many days after I discover practicising and the name of box blur in after effects,tranlated to spanish is: "Desenfoque de Cuadro"

a question well I did everthing and I think the output is good for a rookie like me, but how to you make the optical flares vanish when you are about to run ?
***** Scrub to the first frame of you running away and hit Ctrl, shift, and D and then delete the end slice of your flare in the comp :)

How can I edit like this in my Android smartphone...
I just want to make my hand vibrate, so i selected my hand using the pen tool, and used fast box blur, and I did as u did. But instead of the hand that i selected, the whole region(including the portion outside the selected hand region) gets box blurred. How to fix that?
But i dont have the optical flares...

I have a question: At the end of the video you add wiggle and you write something on the timeline of the video then. to me it does not give write commands on the timeline of the video and I do not know how to add the wiggle and a few second Before you write the wiggle you press the iterations and when you clicked on the iterations showed you a red number of the effect and to me that does not appear anything like that, how can i add the wiggle There are some possibilities Options to write this effect on the timeline of the video? hey I tried eyes but when I import the psd file it is just a black screen with the flare on it. it doesn go on character like it did on the video with the black background gone. can u help. i have aftereffects cc 2015
You could just use the differrence matte effect instead of masking which would be easier and done in seconds .
Not with a complicated background.

How do you adjust things when the actors move? Bc I’m trying to have the flash lighting sync with the actor’s movement but don’t know how to do the frame by frame part

Grant, I have done your effect before, but I am trying it for a second time (I bought optical flares) and I cannot seem to do the box blur effect. I will turn up the blur radius and iterations but nothing is happening. What seems to be the problem! I'm trying to do a Flash v Reverse Flash shortfilm and I am trying to practice for it.

hello I have a question in my after effects I do not see box blur instead I see fast box blur but it does not let me put the wiggle command anyone knows about it?
Would you make a tutorial on how to do Quicksilver Effect? I mean we don't need to go "Fast" like The flash, but i'd love to have a blur motion like Quicksilver. Any idea?
