Nice job with the drone, thanks for sharing. The 3hp motor seems to propel the 8x8 pretty good with two passengers in calm water. I am assuming it’s a long shaft motor?
I was happy to see how the motor worked on the Argo but what I would have been just as interested in is how the Argo was in the water.....my experience is that it is very unstable..... if you once get it balanced and nobody moves at all it will hold but any slight movement by anyone or anything and it becomes very unstable.
