2013 Polish Constitution Day Parade - Chicago, Illinois

This video contains clips from the parade commemorating the Polish Constitution of May 3, 1791, Europe's first such democratic constitution. The official flag is simply white over red, but you will most often see it in this video with an eagle in the white stripe, originally an ensign, but now usually known as the Polonia Flag.
