You're more then welcome. It's a very affordable setup not bat for 28-30mph. I sent pat_outdoors an e300 he has a better video on the build styled from me. Thanks for stopping in be sure to subscribe and be on the lookout for more soon. Emoto up next.
This was a custom e300 razor. Used a hub motor from the m4 and the battery is a 48v 14ah ebay $112 cheap. Controller is a sinewave 48-72v 1500watt brushless hub motor controller off ebay for $60.
This is a left side. only mounted on the right it's backwards I had to get a 80in cable that loops around. It's a front left side off ebay for $23. I welded the bracket to mount it with a 140mm rotor for a kugoo m4 pro.
@juliocesarfelizdonda3910 anytime I'm working on making some in depth videos on the builds also just finished a full size electric 4 wheeler stay tuned.
Hey great build mate 💯 im doing the same set up on a razor pocket mod, 48v 500w kugoo motor with ebay 12 tube 26-31a soft start 1000w 1500w controller and a 54v battery pack 😅 Would you say the motor is reliable whenoverpowering it? My main concern is the motor burning out, is your e300 still.rumning?
Sounds like a good setup. Yeah man everything still runs grate. If I had to do it again I'd use a 1500watt 60v varla motor. A 48v motor can handle 54.6 volts so you should be fine.
@@flex-e-moto thanks for the update, my battery pack is 54v normal volts so fully charged will be 62v, I got the controller to handle it but I'ma bit worried for the motor, my plan is to run dual kugoo motors with 25a but I might be a new 48v battery pack for it. I want a 60v hub motor but they are just so expensive I can get 4 kugoo motors for the price of one.
@joeysmith646 yeah I paid $76 for the m4 pro motor hard to beat. I'd look for a 60v motor that would best suit your build. I think the 54v is pushing it on this motor. Or get two varla controls and run two m4 motors. Would handle your battery and be Hella fast.
@@flex-e-moto i pay 130 per motor here in aus, my battery is 3x 18v ryobi 6ah so it equals out to be 54v normal charge, I hope it's ok to run a extra 6 volts into the motor lol, I've got 10 battery's and like 7 bikes/scooters running on them ATM so I'm trying to use what I have, i might have order the second motor and drop the current to 20a or something, but I was really hoping to run what I have
@joeysmith646 run it see what happens may work out fine. I know the varla eagle one has two 25amp controllers so less amps more volts. It's all a game just hook it up and see.
40amp 48v-72v 1500watt controller. 48v 500 watt hub motor at 54.6v full charge 48v 10ah lithium. weight is 43lbs frame and steering steam are a razor e300. I'm working on balancing the tire.
This is a full custom made e300 made from two e300 frames welded together. I used a kugoo m4 pro motor at $78 and a 1500watt 48v 72v hub controller. The hub motor and tire are bolt in. I sent pat outdoors a e300 he has a build video
Would love to do this to my old razor e300.... Thanks for the awesome video

What the controller you use? The batery is the 48v of the M4 pro? Tanks for sharing this project.

@flex-e-moto so peak power is 2.2kw on full charge?
HOW LONG AUTONOMY DOES YOUR 48V BATTERY LAST?
From 54.6volt to 41volts about 15miles full speed
El motor solo es de 800w
@mouradouaissa7098 it's a 500watt motor on a 1500watt controller
Puedes hacer un shorts de los cables conectados
@mouradouaissa7098 it's a xt60 conector
And how to just change the motor not the battery because I want 1200w motor will I have to get a different controller

You will need a 48v battery so you will have to change the battery the motor and controller, throttle, brakes
