At first, I nearly lost my patience and gave up watching it halfway through, but upon deciding to finish it, it turned out to be one of the greatest cinematic experiences of my life and has since become one of my absolute favorite films.
@@ShootMeMovieReviews Got any theory about the meaning of the scene when Jong-su is spying on Ben at the lakeside? Or is the point that it only looks like Ben is up to something shady so that both we the audience and Jong-su are left scratching our head as questions keep piling up?
@@boristiosavljevic4672 From the point of view of the filmmaker, I do think its purpose is ambiguity. We're meant to be left to think whatever we like. However, my own impression is that Ben knows Jong-su is pursuing him, and is leading him to a possible disposal site for victims simply to amuse himself. The question is, did he kill Hae-Mi and leave her in the reservoir? Or is he innocent but finds it amusing that Jong-su suspects him? I really can't give a definitive answer.
