How to fix Sony HANDYCAM DCR-SX15E blank white screen

In this video I’ll show you how I fixed the blank white screen on a Sony HANDYCAM DCR-SX15E.
In this case the cause was a fractured screen flex cable and I replaced it with one I purchased on eBay.
For some reason I was only able to buy two flex cables as that’s the way they are sold and they came from China at a cost of £7.80 delivered.
Bit of a fiddle to do but once you have done one I’d say if you needed to do it again it would be much quicker.
