RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to award the landscaping for the America In Bloom and Canadian National (CN) Rail “EcoConnexions From the Ground Up” grant for the Brand Park Vietnam Veterans & Beyond Memorial and the Champaign Park Blue Star Memorial to Dan K’s Inc. in the amount of $28,557.00 with a 15% contingency of $4,283.00 with funds above the $25,000.00 grant reimbursement will come from acct. # 101-172-962-000
2. Resolution to approve the SMART Agreement Fiscal 2023-24 year for Municipal Credits in the amount of $26,800 and Community Credits in the amount of $52,018
3. Resolution to approve a Pilot Program with Precision Concrete Cutting for City Properties at a cost not to exceed $9,900.00 w/ funds from acct. # 203-479-801-205
4. Resolution to approve Kennedy Industries of Wixom to repair a Wemco Pump at the Allen Park Retention Basin in the amount of $38,467.50 w/ funds from acct. #592-560-985-000
5. Resolution to accept the FEMA Federal Grant #EMW-2022-FG-09079 and to approve payment of up to $7535.19 (10% matching funds) using account #101-336-934-000 for Thermal Imaging Cameras, Jaws of Life and various other needed extraction equipment
6. Resolution to approve the donation of our out-of-service ISI SCBAs, some old firefighting turnout gear, and some used out-of-service fire tools and “appliances” to the William D. Ford Technical Fire Academy
