    RESOLUTIONS
    1. Resolution to adopt the updated Allen Park Emergency Operations Program Local Community Support Plan and authorize Mayor Gail McLeod to sign the certification form on behalf of the City of Allen Park
    2. Resolution to re-adopt the City of Allen Park Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan with the four changes [complaint procedures, organizational chart to 2024, updated population to the 2020 census, and updated Table #1 - Language Spoken at Home to the 2022 American FactFinder data] and authorize Mayor Gail McLeod to sign the document on behalf of the City
    3. Resolution to authorize the City Administrator’s office to purchase and raise a Space Force flag and place the POW/MIA flag beneath the American flag at the Brand Park Vietnam Veterans & Beyond Memorial
    4. Resolution to award the reconstruction and asphalt paving of the Champaign Park parking lot and construction of a 8’6” x 735’ asphalt pathway from the parking lot to the APHS football field to Savone Cement (current contractor) for a total cost of $447,947.50 w/ funds from accts# 401-000-985-450 ($255,100.00) and 401-000-985-005 ($192,847.50)
    5. Resolution to approve the IGA with Wayne County for Improvements to Champaign Park and accept the $58,500.00 from the Wayne County Parks Millage allotment to enhance Diamonds #2 and #3 at Champaign Park
    6. Resolution to RATIFY the action of the City Administrator’s Office for the submission of an application to the State of Michigan’s Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Community Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) Support for the Lead Line Replacement Grant Program in the amount of $500,000 with no ($0) match required
    7. Resolution to concur with the recommendation of the Festivities Commission and approve the expenditure for 45 Glock 45MOS Package, 45 Blackhawk Holsters, 45 Streamlight Tactical Gun Mount Light, 5 Mossberg 12 Guage Shotguns, and 2 Hogue Mossberg 500 Less Lethal Orange at a total cost not to exceed $59,037.80 from CMP Distributors, Inc
    8. Resolution to authorize Mayor Gail McLeod to sign the FY 24 State Earmark Contract (24-5049) for Pinecrest Drive on behalf of the City of Allen Park
    9. Resolution to Award the Lift Station Generator bid to Haddix Electric (local bid 5%) at a cost of $100,745.00 with funds from acct #401-000-985-450
    10. Resolution to approve Kennedy Industries (current contractor) to repair a Flygt Pump at the Lowes Sanitary Lift Station in the amount of $20,235.00 w/ funds from acct #592-560-985-000
