I appreciate you, Chris, all your “crew,” the CDorner Fitness community, and Louie and Anna too! Great full body workout, today. That last move, the kneeling to standing with shoulder press, I decided to try it (because of Chris’ encouragement), but since I have cranky knees, I modified by using my bench step with one set of risers…. All I can say is, I at least tried!
Great full-body set, Chris. My fave was the down-dog to triceps pushup. Love the happiness and joy you and Amanda put out for us to absorb. Thanks for all of it.

That was a tough one - the wide squat with the ankle raises killed me! Agree that this community is awesome! The workout platform I used to use had a really supportive community and when the platform imploded, I was looking for a place where people ENJOY working out and don't take themselves too seriously. That's why I love this place! I was LOL'ing when Amanda was talking about her sombrero 🤣🤣

Legs still on fire, lol. This was a tough one for me. My hip flexors must still be tight from last week, I stretched quite a bit this weekend, but I guess with weeding and yard work, too much. Thank you Chris and Amanda.❤❤❤❤

Another great total body workout, Chris! I am determined to be able to do those knee down and ups all the way through. I could do them very slowly with no weights. Two years ago I couldn’t even support myself on my knees so the progress is huge. ❤

If you had told me that I would be able to do that last move after my knee replacement last year, I would not have believed you but I did it today - not fast and a little wobbly but you gave me the confidence to try - it felt great and I am made up! I wish I could show you my dog at the time I'm exercising she is so funny she actually stays with me rather than go with my husband now when I am doing your workouts. Today she did excellent downward dog when I was doing them.
This was really good! I’m not great with compound moves sometimes but this was the perfect pace , slow enough for me to focus on the moves. Thank you Chris and Amanda, the laughs, conversations and amazing community keep me motivated. It’s nice to actually look forward to working out!❤
