Didn’t have time to inflate my ball before class started, so I winged it with an ottoman. The only move I couldn’t do was the roll ins, so I held a reverse reverse plank, which was actually pretty challenging 😂. I’m writing this several hours later, and I can still feel my quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Thanks for a great leg day burn! And Gayle is lovely-thanks for coming!❤❤

Before I did this leg workout, I thought, “OK, only 30 minutes.” But, during the workout, right before the third round, I was thankful it was only 30 minutes! Great leg workout for me on a Friday morning, and the pod cast was the best--It's amazing how much fun you can have while in a wall sit! Thank you Chris and Gayle!
I loved this one. I had a knee injury that led me to PT and one of the exercises was the lay on you back pull the ball in for hamstrings. It’s so much easier now that I’ve been doing your other strength exercises. I was kinda shocked at how I could do it without wobbly all over the place!
This was great! I don't have a ball but I was able to do the class using my weight bench for most of the moves. Instead of ball roll ins I flipped onto my stomach and did hamstring curls. I love any move that works my quads or my hamstrings and I felt like this class focused on those areas. (sometimes I feel like I work my glutes too much and my hams/quads not often enough).
Wooooooo this was a good one!! Funny/stupid story: I was out raking leaves on Saturday in shorts (it's still 75° here) and a stupid fly landed on my hamstring and bit me. As I turned around to swat it, I stopped and was like holy crap my hamstrings look awesome! 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼♀️ All thanks to your strength workouts! Thank you!
Chris always has at least one creative bad@s$ move that totally humbles and challenges you. The move with your arms on the ball and raising up to your tiptoes, oh yeah, that's the one!!!!
