Aveeno, Cerave and sunkin are my faves
I've used native and it's smells amazing!! But the shampoo makes my hair feel weird
I love native so much and my hair so silky after the conditioner I got the vanilla coconut scent
you can also use Pantene for conditioner im not sure for shampoo
Bar soap has been treated so badly by the media and advertising but they just don’t want us all to know that it’s WAY cheaper and works just as well as body wash (and is waaaay more eco-friendly too)
@sophslorylDove brand won’t.
@@WallFlower08 Well mine did. Body washes were better for me.
During summer when my skin goes out of control from all the sweat and sebum the only thing that keeps my face from becoming a swollen angry pile of cysts is dove beauty bar SLES-free version.
The acne prone+oily specific facial products I spent a fortune on only made my face break out more even after the "purging" period.
The morning after using dove for my nighttime cleanse I felt reborn. My face didn't have a layer of thick oil that made my skin feel heavy.
Forever thankful.
@@WallFlower08 yeah , I only use dove soap because it doesn't dries my skin .
@Flower it can and will, I have psoriasis. Doesn't matter how fancy the soap or how much oat milk etc. Is in it I will end up dry itchy and sore
i’ve tried native shampoo and conditioner and all i can say is it’s amazing and i still use it
this makes me so happy to hear!!! when my current shampoo runs out I think I'll be trying that next!
and it smells amazing 🤭
My bestie and I use it too. It’s been a lot better for my hair and skin. It’s perfect!
I’ve given native shampoo a try, but it makes my scalp super itchy 😩
I have to disagree here! I love native products, but their shampoo and conditioner is just not it. It weighs my hair down so much and does not thoroughly clean my hair. 😢
I use a combination of body wash and a bar soap because I hate how bars of soap feel on my body after washing it off.The body wash helps my skin feel moisturized and the bar of soap keeps me clean! I use a Dove Bar and the Aveeno Skin Relief Body Wash.
i agree with the bar of soap feeling. I live bar soap but just can’t get over the feeling it leaves on my skin. it’s like when foam rubs together
Snowflake
Why is nobody talking about that LITERALLY PERFECT loop
IK
YEAH
Ik too i actually about to write about it
After reading your comment, I literally watched the video again and you are 💯 right. It is absolutely perfect. Great eye 😊
Tresemme absolutely DESTROYED my hair! I rotate between Mielle & Carol's Daughter now, and my hair is in the best shape in my entire adult life!
Btw, toothpaste doesn't really matter all that much, they're mostly the same, so it's up to personal preference really
For my skin:
•Vanicream gentle skin cleanser
•The Ordinary Niacinamide & Zinc Serum
• Vanicream gentle skin moisturizer
•Hero Acne- prone skin Sunscreen
For my body:
•Any kind of gel body wash with a loofah
• Shaving cream (any brand) and a razor idk 🤷♀️
Take care of your bodies! We’re all beautiful 🫶
i LOVE native products!!
I use Pacifica for EVERYTHING!! Vegan, not full of junky ingredients, not tested on animals, and the packaging is recyclable! It's perfection
Dove deodorant has antiperspirant in it so if you were feeling like that wasn’t enough and you were sweaty, I’m not understanding how switching to a natural deodorant without antiperspirant would make sense. That stuff definitely doesn’t work.
She picked up the non antiperspirant Dove deodorant (a natural one) to show the one she used to use (I’m pretty sure)
I'm very sweaty and Dove unscented is the only one I keep using and protects me. I want to try something new (maybe with better ingredients) but literally no brand offers unscented and I absolutely hate the smell of deodorant mixed with my sweat
Plus some antiperspirants you’re supposed to apply at night after showering to seal up your pores or sweat glands vs deodorants you can put on in the morning and it just masks the smell.
Oh that’s pretty interesting. I’m gonna look for an antiperspirant next time, thanks!
Thats what i was thinking - someone pointed out the first one was not an antiperspirant either... but thats still doesnt answer how it helps with sweat
I am using the native shampoo+conditioner rn and I LOVE THE SCENT!! I have hair on the thicker side, and I love the consistency because it isn’t thin.
I use native shampoo and conditioner and I have had a super hard time finding a good shampoo but I LOVE native and definitely will be repurchasing when i run out
I use a mixture of the versed products and cerave. I also use a few elf moisturizers and my acne has really calmed down. You don’t need to spend crazy money to get a gold skincare routine
I've always used bar soap to wash my body and face. it helps reduce plastic bottles, and it's waaaay cheaper then a bottle of body wash. because at the end of the day, they're both soap.
i’m my opinion ponds moisture helps with my dry skin, i use the blue one but i do understand that it may not work for everyone
yes same
and it’s rlly affordable
Pond's cold cream and moisturizer for dry skin both (not the one shown in this short) seems like a classic in america at least
same!
I absolutely love CeraVe products
Except the day sunscreen. It’s a bummer for me
Same! I just don't like the Cerave Moisturizing Cream as it's too thick and has too much HA and the sunscreens are mid too. Other than that CeraVe is the BEST brand for sensitive skin.
FLORIDA GURLLSS 🦩🐊🌊🌴☀️🌅
Native is amazing for moisturizing my hair!!! 100% recomend
My skin doesn’t react well to bar soaps at all, I stick to the Honey Wash by Pink. I use all the Honey products (honey only, not honey and anything else added) It works wonders for my eczema and it smells amazing. I’m not willing to try anything else with my eczema since I’ve found something that works for me.
@Ana Pie I hope it helps you and works for you!
fyi Native works really REALLY well and all my friends compliment my hair for its softness
Yes! Native cucumber and mint are my go to now!
@@saccharineisnothoney YESSSS THATS THE ONE I USEEE
Native is a deoderant only. Not an antiperspirant. Deoderant is just a smell and antiperspirant keeps you from sweating
@@nikkis7375 i was talking about conditioner
I'm enjoying the Garnier shampoo and conditioner that smells like apples. and I also like hask hair products. They have a lot of formulas dep on your needs but the one I like is a subtle citrus smell. (Orange). Another fav is suave rosemary and mint hair care.
Girl I religiously use the Garnier shampoo and conditioner you're talking about, I will gatekeep it till the day I die. I have scalp issues and a weird hair texture, that shampoo and conditioner is the only thing I feel safe and good using. I live in a highly populated area and you have to snatch up a bottle when you can otherwise you won't get it at all, I am so selfish with this one😂😂😂
I adore the foxybea hair care line. I used to use the cheapest brands I could find at Walmart and that worked fine while I lived in Oregon where there is moisture in the air. Then I moved to Colorado where it is very dry. I tried a ton of different hair products till I found foxybea. It is the only products I’ve found that leave my hair feeling moisturised, but not greasy. I would definitely recommend you try them.
I definitely recommend native. My hair quality has changed so much since I’ve upgraded from function of beauty I was realizing just last night how damaged my hair was before and now that I’m using native a big difference has showed.
dang I’m so glad I found this, us Florida girls have a rough time with self care products
i recommend the herbal essence shampoo and conditioner! i love the scents and i have straight/wavy hair so it makes it really shiny and soft
YES. I've tried a few sulphate free shampoos, they all turned out to be terrible. But herbal essences really worked out for me
Love native shampoo and conditioner but it wasn’t doing it for my dandruff so now I use pura d’or scalp therapy shampooo:)
ooo good to know, thank you for sharing!!
My brothers use head and shoulders, I use native shampoo and conditioner, I have dandruff too😕 but abt once a week I will use that then do my normal shampoo and conditioner and call it good! It’s been working for my the last couple of weeks!!😁
The only thing that’s ever gotten rid of my dandruff is t-gel so, I use that first and then I use the verb shampoo and conditioner bc they are so lightweight and smell amazing and they don’t make my hair oily or dandruffy. Definitely recommend!
I prefer soap than body wash, body wash leaves soft and slimy feeling in skin that it feel like i still have soap in skin, and if i rub it theres still white soap residue😅
Depends ot the exact product. I personally own bodywash, bar soap and bar bodywash and alter between them depending on the mood. All have been throughly tested and they don't have a soap residue. Bar soaps are faster to rinse of tho. And I always use bar soap ond hands and feet because all other products stay in them no matter what.
As someone in registered nursing dove sensitive is amazing for cleaning your kitty cat. It won’t mess with your pH and you’ll actually be clean down there. I also love the dove sensitive for your whole body to get rid of dirt, oil, etc and then I love a sugar scrub and body wash after I clean with soap.
💯💯💯 agree with washing kitty cat with it! Also Lume sensitive skin has done wonders for my kitty cat and butt crack 🤣🤣🤣
@@KVC90 Haha 😂😂 you gave me a good laugh. But definitely agree with you on that. And you feel hella clean. Some girls I guess just use warm water and no hate against them I just personally could never cuz I feel like that wouldn’t actually feel or be clean. Especially since there’s sweat, bacteria, that time of the month, and all the bathroom stuff ya know. But to each their own. I’ve never tried the lume one but it seems like it would be a good one.
@@Miss.831 LOL I’m glad I made you laugh! Absolutely though to each their own right? I agree I feel like I have an odor and the Lume has been great for that! We use the Dove Sensitive bar soap exclusively in my bathroom. I love it but sometimes I feel like it didn’t cut the smell enough after a long day of the sweating, the bathroom use, the time of the month etc.
I use Pacifica on my hair (it’s super affordable and great quality) I use freemans skin care line (also super affordable) and treehut for my body care
Omg lol I went from Schmidt’s to Dove. I love the Dove roll on Green Tea and Cucumber scent I t is heavenly.I just found that the Schmidt’s was very creamy and didn’t dry/soak in like other deodorants.
Try a scrub soap holder!! They are amazing!
😮 I must find one! Never heard of this. Thanks!😊
That ponds moisturizer is my fav and my skin has never been better! Straight up glass skin over here. Sea foam cleanser from Pacifica, then the watermelon toner from glow recipe, THEN THE PONDS AS A MOISTURIZER. Trust me, just try it.
One of my holy grail skincare lines is versed. I own a bunch of their stuff and ever since I started using versed my skin has cleared up
(I also really like the Neutrogena and PanOxyl cleanser)
I highly recommend Beesline free fragrance spray deodorant, it has this very very clean smell without any added scents!!
I’m obsessed with Dr. Teal’s body scrubs
For my hair I use this special brand that my cousin who is a hair dresser gets for me and the conditioner is made for extremely dry hair which is perfect for me and the shampoo is also made for dry hair, but not only that but it helps with dandruff. And it has better ingredients than the dandruff shampoo in the stores
What brand is it? My mom owns a salon and she gets me redken products, I love them!
Odelle is a super good haircare line at the drugstore I haven't used anything since. Also their leave in conditioner got me hooked on leave ins, but the purology purple 21 in 1 is soooooo much better
I use the blue ponds one and it works great on my skin
same! 😊
same
Honestly my skin is pretty dry and i found the green ponds cream cleanser to be the best moisturizer for my dry skin, even better than cerave. Plus it doubles as a moisturing cleanser for removing makeup
love love love that is is basically just drugstore stuff ❤
My fav cleanser is the drunk elephant, jelly cleanser, and then my favorite conditioner and shampoos are from Paul Mitchell.I really love the moisturizer bomb from belief
My favorite shampoo and conditioner is from herbal essence, favorite scent is jojoba and lavender oil
I haven’t liked Dove’s deodorants or body washes since college, but I like them overall as a company. Schmidt’s deodorant was a no for me, now I’m using arm and hammer. I’ve tried several natural deodorants, all that works for me is to keep rotating them
I still use the Ponds B3 because it's the only thing I've used that actually makes a difference with my hyperpigmentation 😭 I may have to scope out Cocokind
For my hair I use Hairatage by mindy an for my face I use ITK(in the know). both are sodl at walmart!! and they have clean ingredients + afforable.
that’s what I use too!
oh my god i love you, a mcknight stannnn
for hair, try shea moisture it work's extremely well
i can HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend kristen ess shampoo and conditioner!! maybe a little pricey but the $20 large bottles last me ~6 months !!
I use old spice antiperspirant and it works great, they have more 'girly' scents
I lovveeee Schmitts sooo much perfect for sensitive gals
i recommend native for shampoo and conditioner if you want something more natural. i’ve been using it for over two years and it’s SO good. and it smells AMAZING
NATIVE IS SO GOOD
I use native and its works rly good in my opinion
I have curly hair and I LOVE Aussie's Miracle Curl line of products!
the best deodorant is Lume, I literally NEVER smell 😂
I can’t get over the sour smell that Lume deodorants have. Even their new recipe, which is MUCH better than before, still has the scent strong enough that it’s all I smell.
native made my hair fall out. it may be different for you but i thought you should know ❤
Native is amazing!!!! I double wash and my hair dries so voluminous. I swear by it.
Yess function of beauty is heavenly the pods are also good and I have curly hair so the mouse etc helps with styling it :)
I love Dove deodorant. I love different body washes and dove bar, but sometimes just want the scent of the dove bar soap alone.
native brand is AMAZING 🤩
I love function of beauty so much I can’t express it
I just bought and tried their hair mask today and it’s excellent! For curly hair. And it’s pale pink in packaging AND product 😭 Good price too.
I'm in love with NYM, their products have been a staple in my hair for so long. Rn, I'm using the curl mousse foam and their Green tea & Apple Blossom shampoo which is 👌. For many years I've used their curl cream + curl gel until I realized that curl cream was making my hair heavier and not curlier, so I switched to the curl foam. Recently I made the switch from NYM to Miss Jessie's for my gel and it works decently!
Hmmm. I’m going to look into those. I have curly hair and cannot find anything I like.
I use native deodorant it works very well for me and I love cereve sa cleanser
Native hair products are so good omg
joico is the best shampoo / conditioner i’ve ever tried!! i’ve been using it for about 6mo now. i’ve tried every drug store brand, to high end ones like olaplex and drybar. i used drybar for a year, olaplex for a year, and so may in between. my hair dresser fecconended joico and i haven’t found anything better! it’s also cheaper than olaplex or drybar
try the ultimate blends garnier conditioner and the elvive shampoo!! Irs amazing
Primarily pure deodorant !! Life changer!
ponds is a classic I’ll personally always use it tbh
i’m BEGGING you to try hairitage and ITK, they’re literally SO amazing
I was looking at ITK (I think it was?) today and was intrigued but didn't think I liked some of the ingredients, anything specifically you really like?
@@heyits_cat8966 what ingredients? they're paraben, sulfate, cruelty, and synthetic fragrance free, they're vegan, it's a recyclable box and bottle, and it's been tested on every type of skin you can imagine and it's dermatologist tested. I promise, it's completely clean products. and as for which ones I particularly like, I'm just now really getting into skincare, and I don't have a lot of money, so I use the milk to foam cleanser, deep moisturizer rich cream, the day + night eye cream duo, the spf, and the daily hair + skin + nails gummies
@@olivia_brookes I think it might have been some kind of alcohol I didn't know what it was and it kinda scared me, lol.
I'm also just getting into skincare and don't know that much, and am finding it hard to find info. Thanks so much! I'll keep that in mind :)
@@heyits_cat8966 I get why that would scare you haha. good luck!
FOURTH RAY PRODUCTS ARE TO DYE FOR. i religiously use the “good mood” moisturizer, the “coconut face milk” and the “selfie ready” pore refining stick. their face masks are so good. i love them ❤
Hidden gem: cetaphil gentle clear acne moisturizer it’s mattifying, treats and prevents acne, and very lightweight and gentle I’ve been using it while breaking out and my skin is so much better
for my hair i really like using biolage (im 100% spelling that wrong) shampoo and conditioner and i use florence by mills hair mask. for face moisturizer i use either bubble or florence by mills haha. i use dove deodorant and bubble facial wash!
native wasn’t my fav! i suggest ouai! it smells great, it works well and the packaging is so sleek!
i use the head and shoulder shampoo and conditioner and it works really well. I had very bad dry scalp/dandruff and couldn't get rid of it. it was always SOOO itchy. Them i bought the soap and my hair is no longer itchy and there isn't much dandruff anymore!
If you are looking for the perfect shampoo and conditioner you have to try Kristin Ess! I use the one shampoo and conditioner and then after I get out of the shower I will either use the air dry cream or blow dry mist. Her products are 1000/10 and I can not recommend them enough!!!
Use the brand "milkshake" for hair products. Nothing else can touch them xx
Nice video! I tried tons of products until I landed on this line up. Shea Moisture curl and shine shampoo and conditioner with the curl enhancing smoothie, Cerave SA bar cleanser (by the way, bar cleansers are different from bar soap) for showering, Cerave SA facial cleanser for evening washing, Cerave moisturizing cream, Naturium vitamin C serum, Adapalene gel, Pipette sunscreen for body, and Australian Gold tinted face sunscreen. For those wondering, I am prone to enlarged pores, sunburn, and have an oily t-zone, but dry skin elsewhere.
The conditioner and native shampoo smell so good and they have hair detangler in them too I fell in love w them and went back for their body wash and deodorant and I loveee native soooo much now I have reallyyyyyy healthy hair!!!!
They have detangler?!! I wondered why it made brushing my hair wet so much easier! I thought it was some weird magic
I personally use the Wow shampoo and conditioner since I've noticed it does wonders for my hair, especially as someone who dyes and bleaches their hair. I also use Nizoral scalp psoriasis shampoo and conditioner because genetics screwed me over 😅
I love Native! I also like Garnier and OGX
i recommend nexxus for shampoo and conditioner! :))
Y’all, do not put essential oils (schmidts) in your pits. You can easily get a rash.
My underarms are sensitive, so I don't put anything like essential oils there.
@@levi0596 mine had never reacted to anything, but the first time I used Schmidt’s, they were red and angry and burned!
I use garnier. It’s really good! They also have a sent that smell like green apple 🍏 ❤
I love native. Their face wash is the first to leave my dry skin feeling moisturized. Also their deodorant is one of the few that leaves me feeling fresh without having a reaction as I have sensitive skin. I especially love their coconut vanilla scent, but I also have their lilac and white tea, and their cotton and Lily sensitive deodorant. The citrus and musk, as well as the lavender and rose smells are wayyyy to strong for me. Otherwise great. 😊
dont try native. it made my scalp hurt so bad, and my boyfriend started to lose hair when we switched to it
that’s just you. it works well for me
This isn't any hegeiyne porduct but, chai also helps clear acne. Cuz of the stuff in black tea bag cleans your blood. Also it's super tasty to drink.😋
native personally didn’t work with my hair! it gave it tons of breakage and now my hair is damaged and has to grow out again. just make sure to read the ingredients and make sure it’s a good fit for your hair before commiting to it!
Native is amazing omg it is soooooo good makes my hair so soft
Schmidt's is the best damn thing ever invented!! No going back. My fav is the bergamot and lime scent
I love native it makes your hair so soft and clean try there body wash it’s really good and smells amazing I recommend sweet peach and nectar
I don't use anything from store. Just making my own soap, get everything done with it, only oils. And using natural siberica toothpaste. And my natural hair just flows to grow. Herbal teas to toner for face. And it is all.
For the shampoo and conditioner I LOVE Paul Mitchell tea tree lavender mint moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and the tea tree oil keeps lice away I’ve used it for forever and I love it
Antiperspirant are the best. And men's deodorant is great. Please please try the antiperspirant in the Harry's brand. Its AMAZING. I sweat like crazy and my older has gotten worse since having covid 3 times. That antiperspirant is top-notch. I use Redwood scent
I love your honesty. Sometime my friends ask me skincare tips. And I am like, I liked this alot and I didn't like this because of the strong perfum and the price. Now the last one won, because the bigger size it gets in (in the Netherlands, we often don't have huge sizes) and it is almost always in discount.... So bummer of the strong perfume, but this is what I keep ordering. My best friend, tried alot but was never happy about any. She has the same values as me, now she keeps buying the same daycream which I myself initially hated. Little note that I only order daycream with a gel texture or water texture because it dries fast in the morning and my suncream and make-up reacts good on it. That was also a new experience for her. In the evening I don't care what texture it is.
I use cocokind religiously they are such a good brand
I honestly love the youth to the people whipped moisturizer
I use native body wash, conditioner and shampoo, cream, toothpaste, deodorant, and sunscreen they work so well would totally recommend but the deodarent isn't too strong and wears off easily but I love the scents coconut vanilla smells the best in my opinion but I also wanna try the candy line too( its scented like candy) have a nice day:)
I know Redken is pricey but give it a try. Are use Redken extreme because I do a lot of heat styling but if you don’t do a lot of heat styling you can just use Redken extreme lengths. My hair has never been stronger and healthier! I swear by it! All of their other collections are really good as well.
You should really try acure Shampoo and conditioner it’s a game changer
I use native it has a really nice smell that lasts all day and makes my hair feel really clean and light and I have pretty thick hair
