Skegness - situated on the coast of Lincolnshire in the East Lindsey District seaside town. With a population of 21128, the town is the largest settlement in East Lindsey. Skegness is largely known for its Jolly Fisherman advertisement and his fountain.
Some people consider Skegness to be the worst seaside resort in the UK. From personal experience I consider this town to be quite a decent place. It's like any other seaside town - there is a beach where you can relax, a promenade where you can walk and admire the sea, an amusement park and numerous gaming arcades where you can try your luck and win prizes. Of course you can also eat a decent fish and chips there. Practically nothing extraordinary but worth visiting (so from me a solid 7 out of 10). In this video, we'll see what Skegness has to offer. All this in a pirate atmosphere, with the rhythm of sea shanties!
