@19hook Apply a bead of waterproof silicone around the stuffing box joints on the inside and outside of the hull, wait for it to dry for at least 24 hours and then just add some vassilin.

cool, i did the same thing with my boat i have and used 2 rc cars, and for rudder i used the steering!
nice idea even though the sterring needs to be a little bit trimmed or moved but either way it is a good idea

I don't think it would go fast the prop doesn't have a smooth flow of water going through it it's right behind the hull.
