They can show speed maximum 10 percent higher than the actual which is acceptable as per regulations. This will be based on company. The formula will be DS = AS * 1.1 So how vehicles are computing actual speed is based RPM and some values Constants. Trip and odo will be based on AS Also they should not show the speed less than AS. They can’t cheat on trip and odo. These will be inspected at the time of homologation.

I agree with you bro, test ku apro 56.4km speed tha confirm airuku, that means it has around 4kmph error but because of tyre i got 6kmph error in GPS, i will confirm this with a bike which has 140sec tyre 😊
