Thanks Lisa for taking the time to highlight behind the scenes. You are doing amazing things in between life and family and should , like many crafters, be applauded for pursuing your dream. So much effort. So much talent. I wish you well.🙏👌👋🌏🐨❤
Thanks so much for inviting us into your studio, especially at such a busy time for you. As always, I so admire your creativity, dedication, perseverance, attention to detail and quality, openness, and courage! Blown away by all the effort you put into the sock blocker bags. I absolutely love mine and thought it was so thoughtful and generous of you to provide.
Thanks Bobbie! I really appreciate that! I always try to think of little things that will be useful for people but also cool to have! I might not put Matt through the experience of having to make another batch of bags though! 😂
‘Don’t eat the things’ 😂😂 Love it! So excited to see this video pop up - immediately subscribed and watched ❤ It was so good to meet you and chat in Bendigo - I love all the things you make!
i found it very interesting to look at all the behind the scenes of your laser cut items. fwiw the bags that the sock blockers came in are awesome and will definitely be put to good use in my yarn pantry organisation.
i'm so glad you enjoyed the video and the whole bag process! Though I might not put Matt through that experience again tbh 😂 (also... yarn pantry?! Love it!! 👍🏼)
Glad I watched this AFTER Bendigo or you would have made me even more stressed than I was! Seeing your work at the show I can say that all your hard work was so worth it. Also, I was just watching someone's vlog where they said the printed bag was like, their favourite thing, so good work on that too!
Aww thanks Danni! You would absolutely know about all the hard work! love that comment about the bags too, Matt put in so much work and its definitely not his area of expertise 😂
So interesting to see how another crafter works. Im Bondi Crafter on RUclips. I live in Sydney NSW. I have just subscribed. I loved the stencil and see a copier in action. Very helpful partner too. I always need a deadline about 2 weeks before the actual deadline so that Im not that stressed (mainly in theory) and it always ends ok. Hope to see soon.
Thankyou lovely! I'll have to check out your channel! 💖 deadlines motivate me too but I always think I can get more done than what I actually have time for! 😂
I absolutely loved watching your podcast and creative process . Was just thinking when you were picking up the little “petals” from the sock blockers you could use a vacuum with a sock over it and suck them all up in one go. Looking forward to seeing more videos
oh. my. gosh that is GENIUS!!! I actually just got a little studio vaccuum for the sewing machine fluff but im definitely trying it on this!! 😱💖 THANKYOU!!
Fantastic vlog........So real and true to life. Your products look very professional but still handmade. What other shows do you do? Do you sell online? Was the show worth all the trouble? At the least you have a good supply of stock. Well done
thankyou! I really appreciate the comment about the style of my products. I'm definitely going for a handmade look while still maintaining the professional quality! My next show is Fibrefest in Wyong in October, that'll be the last one for 2024. 😅
Thankyou so much Lisa, you are amazing. So much effort goes into your beautiful work and wishing you and your family all the best ❤

With the small cut outs from the sock blockers, can you punch a small hole and put on small split-rings - use as stitch markers?
My dad always said the dog was his favourite child. I was insulted until I became a parent myself!
