From driver's side running left to right (2004+) it links the canister to left tank-segment , the fuel pump, the right-tank segment and finally the neck hose (I believe) The thicker tubing links the canister to FP, and this "Tees-off" to the two segments and neck. The arrangement for a 2003 is slightly different.
@@hummerfixes I had a hard time finding the canister lol On 04 H2 its about half way between the bumpers driver side near the outside of body. Its farther from the fuel tank than I thought for those looking for it
