Did not understand number three at 1:20. I know the Singapore accent can be hard to understand.
If you are a tourist you can get the tax free price which is 10% off if you spend more than ¥5000. Not all shops in Japan offer tax free.
Why are people wearing mask? Especially outdoors.
Japanese are a very hygiene conscious society, some have been wearing masks even before Covid
