Shadow Work, a Journal Entry, 04/24/24

This video is scripted through a dump truck of thoughts I wrote in my journal, while trying to answer a single question, “ What do I put my energy into that doesn’t benefit my quality of life, to any extent?”. Since then, some misconceptions of myself that I wrote down may have come to light.
Nonetheless, the purpose of me sharing this video is to simply share how sometimes no matter how you may see yourself, there is always room for kindness and the awareness to go deeper.
