I hope you are doing better. In reading your comment, just wanted to let you know I know what you are going through. I had an accident in 2018 and it left me with a mild traumatic brain injury. My speech was bad for about 2 years but now normal unless nervous or tired. I still have some short term memory loss but coping. I think knitting has really helped me alot.

Funny, I just heard of these yesterday and got some from Amazon as tension is the hardest thing for me, and figure anything that can help will make knitting and crocheting far more enjoyable and pleasant

Thank you for this video. My only issue with the ring is that it keeps sliding and I don't want to make it too tight. What can I do?

Have you tried pinching it just a tiny smidgen tighter? I never push the ring past my 2nd knuckle for fear of it getting stuck, but my ring sits only just on my knuckle for the grip :)
Otherwise might be worth putting a thin plaster / bandaid on your finger under the ring for extra grip if you're not wanting to tighten it.

@@ludaritz I will try a plaster. I have tried tightening up the ring and all sorts 😂 it just keeps twisting so it loses its "place".

Sorry to sound silly but you can continue using the ring for the whole duration of a pattern and not just the starter chain? Thanks

I just like to pop mine on with larger projects to save my finger from getting yarn burn!
