I know people buy those Chevys for the motors but the interiors are junk. I had a 99 Tahoe that just literally fell apart. The paint was bad too. I buffed the hood and it was too far gone to fix.
From my experience Chevy and GMC of this era the interior quality is so dang bad. Something is always broken or falling apart and needing replaced. My F250 of the same era seems to have a much more robust interior.
I can see the for sale ad now. For sale: 2010 Chevrolet 2500. Always taken care of, washed and waxed regularly. Interior is in great condition for the age of the truck. First $80K takes her home. Haha, nice work fellas!
It pisses me off how many work trucks drive around with loose nails and bolts in the beds of there trucks, I had seven flats repaired in 2 weeks last month

Never heard using an APC before foaming the vehicle. Is it really that helpful? I’ve seen many videos guys using a pressure washer, then foaming, then pressure washer again and then the 2 Bucket Method What do you think? Pros and Cons on your way ❤
Get a high fiber count micro fiber to dry the windows after a wash. Better yet just get a whole microfiber towel to run over the vehicle it'll help with those droplet spots.
Poor truck im surprised it still runs i would've atleast told tha owner to buy seat covers their cheap now and fix tha top in side hanging out before selling it sincerely thats my opinion 😉

@@mcintirefamily if you're worried about what to cover chrisfix goes into detail on how to clean the engine bay and tells all the precautions to take. Just don't aim the full pressure at the battery or electronics. I also use a microfiber towel just to dry mine off a bit after a clean.

Love watching your video's but one thing I noticed, you never show you cleaning the roofs of most vehicles. I know trucks in general can be super nasty.
Not interior the exterior. I know the headliner was shot! I'm saying I know how dirty truck roofs can get. So by showing you pressure washing them is cool to watch is all. Keep up the good work!!

Nice showing of the products and methods but for a carpet like that that's coming out anyway it's practically worth just buying a brand new one for a couple hundred bucks.

Why? When you get a diesel or heavy duty work truck you should expect that it's been through the ringer. I wouldn't get a heavy duty truck unless I'm going to do heavy duty work with it.

I’ve had a few older GM vehicles, this is true. Engine and transmissions generally keep running but everything else doesn’t match up in durability.

seats can get that way just by general use. even without spills to deal with, they'll get filthy pretty fast.

You need to put a mask when you spray paint the carpet.... A lot of what's in the can ended up in your lungs.

The panels aren't dyed surprisingly. Those older GMs were good for having the original factory color come off.
