Backlight is set to full, and turning the settings up and down doesn't adjust it at all. I just got this TV. Vizio model. This video didn't help with it at all.

What about when your tv just skips over the option to manually adjust the backlight and skips straight over to the next picture adjustment section?
This is simply a crap tv.
